HHI Home Inspections & Pest Control

I had a home inspection done when looking at buying a home at the end of October 2019 by Ron Noble in which he was in and out in under two hours. Anything he did find was downplayed if it was a large concern of mine, and there was only minor recommendations on the air conditioner system as it was only visually inspected. Here it is, less than a year later, and I am now facing a failing air conditioner. I have had inspected by two companies, both of whom concluded that this was an issue prior to me buying the house and that the previous owner was putting off repairing or replacing it by refilling the freon. Had I known the a/c needed that kind of repair or replacement at the time, I would have potentially come to a different conclusion on whether or not to place an offer on the house at all or to negotiate for repair or replacement of the a/c. HHI seemed to have good reviews online, and it is very disappointing as well as stressful to own a house where a surprise of this level hit me financially so quickly. I will never use them again, and I will always find out who anyone I know is using for home inspection to make sure HHI is never used again by anyone I know.
