+ -1 moreThe cleaning itself was great, but they tried to screw me out of an extra hour's worth of cleaning fees. I got a quote for 4 hours of cleaning at $40/hr - we agreed the cleaning would be 11-3, the cleaner arrived around 10:50 and began working quickly and left maybe 5 minutes after 3 and they claimed that that constituted an extra hour and insisted I pay $200.

+ -1 moreMy expectations were exceeded by herminia’s. The cleaner was so thorough with everything - the shower doors were so clear and sparkly, the floors, the kitchen, etc. the whole house was so clean it was amazing. I will definitely hire herminias again, I was very pleased with the results.
