In the process of the project, their franchise was taken from them, so I had to go through the company's main office to get another crew. It was bad news, they didn't even tell me of the business's sudden change of ownership. They tried to charge me for repairs I knew were covered by my warranty.

I am very satisfied with Heavenly Air and would highly recommend them.

I really liked the service. The guy that came through was very thorough and went into every room that had a vent. When I made the appointment I had a coupon that included ceiling fans and the dryer vent with the service and he knew exactly what he needed to do when he came in. The machine was sort of loud, but hey it worked. The guy was not the most professional, but he was curteous and straight to the point about some problems that he noticed (we had a bad ceiling fan).

They were punctual and professional. They were responsive too.

Scheduled and arrived as expected. Completed the entire installation without problems. Owner never hesitates to contact engineering support when encountering a challenging situation (i.e. inadequate pressure readings in old unit indicating original install deficiency) Considering the difficulty to access attic units,and hot conditions, they did a remarkable job. They were attentive to cleanliness and left the site without traces of activity. Owner returned two weeks later to test and insure optimum operation.

A friend referred me to Heavenly Air Heating & Air Conditioning after my air conditioner started giving me a problem. They came out very quickly to fix a small piece of copper tubing that was messed up during the installation process. This was the second company I hired and I was very impressed with their knowledge and efficient manner that everything was taken care of. I will trust Heavenly Air to all my home heating and air conditioning needs in the future.
