Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

They did a great job and went the extra mile. They cleaned some spots that I did not think were possible. They were also on time and I would recommend them to anybody. It was the best carpet service I have ever had.

My experience in dealing with Heavern's Best Carpet Cleaning was great. These people are very courtious and always stay in touch with you to let you know approximately when the carpet cleaners will arrive or if they will be arriving a little late. After the job has been done, they will call and ask for your opinion about their services. I liked the cleaning process they used as it was nice to have the carpet dry in one hour instead of the usual steam cleaning where it takes several hours to dry.

Took about one week from call to appointment date, pretty normal. On service date Matt was early (office called first to get OK.). He got to work quickly. First evaluating the work areas and developing his work plan. He explained each step of the process and worked quickly but thoroughly. He was very careful to contain any spills and avoided tracking in any mess from outside. He must have cleaned up as he went because everything was spotless. A great job overall and very reasonably priced for all we've had done.

I contacted Heaven's Best about a week earlier and had made an appointment for their technician to come to my residence on February 20, 2014. The secretary set up the appointment and after calculating an approximate cost of the work to be done called me to give me the estimated price, which was well in reason. On February 20th, the technician, Matt, arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned after calling and confirming that it was okay to arrive early. Upon his arrival, he began by vacuuming the carpets in each of the rooms and checking the stains that I had mentioned to him, along with others that he saw. He first vacuumed the carpets in the living room, hallway and the two bedrooms. While vacuuming the living room, he moved most of the furniture except for a couple of items that I had told them didn't have to be moved. The two bedrooms were only to be cleaned without moving the furniture as previously arranged. He first cleaned the carpets in the two bedrooms and the hallway. Then cleaned the living room moving furniture back into place after finishing. Then continued to clean the other areas. After finishing the cleaning stage, Matt combed the carpets that were cleaned with a carpet broom and finished his job. The work was done beautifully and all the stains that had been on the carpet were gone. The carpets were dry in approximatley one hour and look like new. I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with their work, their professionalism and courtesy. I will continue to use them and recommend them. Matt is very courteous and polite and knows his job well.

I think this company is great. They do exactly what you ask at a reasonable price. This is my second time to use them.

Art was great. Very personable and professional. The I had a couple of spots he had to treat that would not come out but he worked on them so they were lighter and looked better than they did. The carpets looked great overall and I was very pleased with the service.

This is the second time we've used Heaven's Best, and once again the quality of their work and their professionalism was excellent. Matt was here exactly when agreed upon. He did our couch and loveseat first, then all of the Berber careting in the house. The work was excellent, and we feel the price was a bargain especially given the quality of the work and the wonderful way this company operates. We will definitely use them again since our dogs use the two pieces of furniture as their beds at times. We were thinking of replacing the carpet, but the job Matt did precludes the need for that for the reasonable future. What a great company, and a breath of fresh air among the plethora of companies who claim to provide good service but only talk about it; Heaven's Best delivers on their promises!

It went perfectly! He was very efficient. They called from his officae and asked if we would be available an hour earlier. He was out here very quickly and used dust covers on shoes. He evaluated what needed to be done first and didn't just haul the big machine everywhere. He was very considerate and polite. He treated my things like they were his own. It's a family owned company and it was one person that came to see us and he happened to be the owner; I liked him very much. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Also, the product that he used, he assured us was safe for our cats.

Matt was right on time. Answered all our questions. Got the job done promptly and the carpets look great.

Best carpet cleaning service I have ever used.

Matt arrived promptly - I was not physically at home but had caretaker call me as soon as he arrived. Reviewed the price quoted and final price after tax and confirmed areas to be cleaned. Like I said, I was at work but when I returned I was told and noticed that he had moved most of the furniture including an area rug which was neatly rolled to one side, in order to properly clean the carpet. Master bedroom carpet was particularly a concern for me because of multiple stains (kids, of course) but when I arrived home it was very clean with no stains. There was an area behind a TV stand that was not as clean but I do remember being told beforehand that they did not move electronics, so that's on me for not moving it out of the way. My parents were also in my home at the time and let me know how professional Matt was and how good of a job he did. Most especially, I liked the fact that the steam clean process allowed the carpet to dry faster which was important to me because of the potential for kids' traffic on the carpet. I'm not sure if the price had to do with the steam clean process or the size of the areas to be cleaned....did get the Angie's list discount but still rather pricy. Nevertheless, I was extremely satisfied with the end product and the painless way everything was taken care of - from the telephone quote to completion of the job. Would highly recommend Heaven's best.

Matt and Sean came to clean the carpeted and hardwood floor areas of our house. They were punctual, very professional and ready to work. They moved furniture to clean the areas and put everything back exactly where it belonged. They worked the entire 3 hours they were here, no breaks, just worked until they were done with the job. I was extremely impressed and thought they did an outstanding job. The carpet smells great and looks even better. They also got a stain out of the carpet I was never able to. I would highly recommend them. And as a bonus, their prices are extremely fair.

I have used Heaven's Best twice before and just made an appointment for a third time. We have a puppy who thinks his mission in life is to destroy our beautiful sectional sofa. Our puppy has peed, vomited, and just about destroyed this sofa. Amazingly, after every incident, we've called Heaven's Best and they come to our rescue. Our sofa not only looks amazing, with no stains or residue, but has been cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. I will never use another company again - that's how good they are. Plus, I greatly appreciate the personalized service. I even get follow-up phone call AND thank-you post card in the mail. I am a customer for life!!!

Showed up promptly and was very professional and courteous. I had bought a chair & ottoman that absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke - it was terrible. When I called Heaven's Best I explained that I wanted the smell gone. It is gone! The chair came out great & smells clean. The other chair & ottoman just needed a general cleaning and it looks good. I will mention I thought the price was on the high side, plus there was a $30 trip charge. However, it was the amount that was quoted on the phone and I was happy with the service. It's true - you get what you pay for.

The Company called and said Matthew was running a little ahead of schedule and confirmed that it was OK to come early. He did a great job cleaning all the carpets and worked on a few spots that need extra cleaning. He was able to get an ink spot off the stairs. There was another area that he worked on 3 times. It actually was an area in front of where the couch was that really was a worn area. It was clean just a little more worn than the other areas. However, like I said he went over the spot several times he would do another area and then go back to the worn area and try it again. The spot did look better after being cleaned. I asked questions about how best to care for your carpet and he gave me great advice. Vacuum often and also rake your carpet and if you can get your family to go along with it don't where shoes on the carpet. The carpet does dry very quickly just like they say. I would definitely use Heaven's Best again.

Went very well! They called to remind me on Friday before the appointment on Monday. They were scheduled to come at 3:30. Called, asked to come earlier as they were running ahead of schedule, which worked well for me. He was very friendly and efficient. Explained his cleaning process when I asked. Would definitely use them again!

Never had any better service. Everyone I have used before pales in comparison. My schedule was accomoted not theirs. They were on time on budget (no suprise up sells in my home how refreshing). Absolutley choose the.

Matt Dooley did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and a chair and ottoman. He used special enzymes for pet stains and odors. He was very professional and pleasant. The carpet was dry in 1 hour. The office staff was helpful and contacted me to remind me of the appointment, called me before Matt arrived, and then called to see if the job was satisfactory. I was very pleased with Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning and will definitely use them again!

Moved into a new (used) house. Wanted to have all the carpets cleaned so my family of 5 and two dogs could feel comfortable and clean.

Very happy with this company. From the very first phone call, their professionalism came through. After we discussed exactly how many rooms, etc. needed to be cleaned, I was quoted a price (which is what I paid) that included an Angie's list discount. We then scheduled for the next week. They also called to confirm the day prior to our scheduled appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was called again - they apologized, as they were running about 30 minutes late. No worries - it was great to have the communication! Upon Matt's arrival, we walked around the house, showing him the troubled areas. He then got to work. As our carpet is several years old, I knew that some of the spots probably wouldnt come out - but, I have to say when he was finished - it looked fabulous!! Very thorough, very professional, very knowledgeable. We also discussed what the process is for cleaning tile - will probably have them back out for that in the future. Would definitely recommend.
