Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

They arrived on time and did a great job. Matt was very polite and professional and moved several items in order to clean the carpets. The one nice thing about this company is their cleaning method which does not require hours to dry. The carpets look new again!

We don't live in San Antonio so it is a challenge to find people who we can trust. That is why we use Angie's List. They responded quickly to all inquiries and worked it around our son's schedule. They arrived promptly and were finished in less than 2 hours. Every room is carpeted except kitchen and tub areas. They did not have to move any furniture so that is probably why they finished faster than the estimated time we were given. Everything went smooth.

They were great. I would give them an A. They did a good job cleaning and they said it was non toxic. They called to follow up and I mentioned there was a spot. They offered to come back out and treat it free of charge.

This company was awesome! I can't say enough; excellent communication by the office. I was called to confirm appointment. Called day of to see if he could come early because scheduling allowed this. And a follow up call was given to see if everything was ok. The quote was correct, pricing was affordable. The Owner came himself and did an extremely thorough job cleaning all of my carpets! He spent the time to do it right. Everything smells and looks great!! I would and will use them again. Highly recommended!

I called to set up an appointment and referenced Angie's List and the coupon. All of my questions were answered and I set up an appointment for an estimate. I received a call to confirm the appointment prior to the scheduled date. Matt arrived promptly the day of the appointment. He looked over the furniture, took floor measurements, and explained the price and process. I had realistic expectations regarding the furniture before the estimate - the furniture would be cleaner but nowhere near "new again" because there is only so much you can do to help furniture that is 9 years old. Matt's honesty was refreshing. He told me exactly what he could and could not do and gave me a realistic expectation of the outcome--it matched mine. The price was very reasonable, and much less than an estimate I received from a know competitor. I set up an appointment with Matt to have the work done because of his professionalism, the customer service received up to that point, and because of the reasonable estimate. Heaven's Best contacted me a day before the appointment to confirm the scheduled work. Matt arrived as discussed and worked non-stop for 4 hours completing all the agreed upon work. He was very professional and did a great job. The coupon was already included in the estimate so there were no issues with the billing and the price was exactly as promised. The floors look great and the couch is good to go for a little while longer. The following day, I received a thank you post card in the mail from Heaven's Best. I also received a follow-up call two days later to make sure I was satisfied. I assured them I was very satisfied. This is the first time I ever received a follow-up call regarding and work/repairs I had done. I greatly appreciate the superb customer service, professionalism, and job performance received. These qualities are hard to come by these days.

Very nice and clean looking carpets once he was done. He came in and got straight to work. Once he was done he cleaned up his tools and headed out. This is our second time using Heavens best, just in different state. We will always use Heaven's Best!

Matt came on time and started immediately. Small furniture was moved and put back into to place. The smell of his cleaning solution was very pleasant and not overpowering. He assured me that our parrot would not be harmed by fumes or specifically pine products, and Popovich was just fine. The carpets were dry almost immediately and SOOO clean and fluffy. Some "funny" spots that had been there for a while and resisted my attempts to wipe them out with commercial cleaners were gone.

I have used this company several times in the last few years and the quality has always been very high. Always on time and always attentive to detail. This is a company I would recommend to others.

The owner scheduled for eight in the morning, he showed and took it away. It was a busy week for him which he let me know, so it took roughly a week. When they returned it, it was nicely rolled up. They estimated it over the phone, and that's all they charged me for it.

Extremely satisfied with the service overall. Punctual. Kind. Professional. And my carpets look like NEW! I have used steam cleaning services in the past but I have to say this product is amazing! Very reasonable cost. For 4 rooms.

Matt arrived early and worked for three solid hours. He moved furniture, treated stains, and scrubbed tile and grout. Everything looks so clean and smells so fresh.

I hired Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning about a year ago to clean carpets and in particular to take care of a stained area. The results were great and I knew I found the "Best" carpet cleaning company. I needed Matt to clean two rooms he had not done last year, and the well used hallway and stairs carpet. The carpet looked beautiful. In fact, the following day I had a furniture delivery and one of the guys commented he thought the carpet was brand new! Beautiful job Matt! The sofa Looked great as well - looks brighter! It went like clockwork. Mr D was on time, was very clean and efficient with his, (and my) time. He got the job done well and was very detailed oriented. He really was concerned about pet odor and worked hard to asssure their would be no problems, (and their were not). A great service experience and would defiantly use these guys again and again!

They were okay. I think they were a little expensive for what they did. They gave me a quote over the phone. They cleaned my front hall, office, den, and master bedroom. I only needed cleaned where you walk and only needed a coffee table moved for the cleaning. They did a good job on the cleaning. I thought they should have checked the job in person for the quote. He was in and out pretty quickly.

I had dropped the ball in getting the carpet cleaning needed setup. This company was great. They squeezed me in on a Saturday. They set up a time of 12pm- 12:30pm to start. The Tech called around 10:30 and stated he was ahead of schedule and asked if could come early or just wait. Which worked out great coming early. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We will definitely be calling these guys again soon.

Was in a pinch to get the carpets cleaned prior to turning over to our property manager. I called Heaven's Best and they responded within a few days and the cost was competitive. They did a marvelous job and were very professional. Yes, I will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

I originally contacted Art (the other Heaven's Best listing) to get an estimate, and he called me in less than two hours to let me know my house was outside his service area and that he'd forward my inquiry on to this franchise. (He also followed up with me two days later, which was really well done.) They contacted me the same day, and we set up the service call for the weekend. I got all the information I needed over the phone about what was possible and what was not. I also got an estimate that was very reasonable. They let me know cleaning the dining room chairs might not be possible (they're white material) and that I could discuss it with the technician. Brad showed up 10 minutes early, checked everything out, and got right to it. We discussed the white chair material situation, and it turns out they'll do it but it's one of those "this could go really wrong and ruin them and we need to make super absolutely no-doubt sure you know this and are okay with it." He'd never run into an issue himself, he said, and he took care to be very clear about what could go wrong. Since the chairs were in a might-as-well-try-it state, I told him to go ahead and give it a shot. The couches look fantastic. So do the chairs--they cleaned right up. (As a bonus, Brad indicated there's some kind of fabric dye that works great on upholstery, so if the cleaning didn't work I'd have other options.) After the job was finished, he left a bottle of cleaning solution and instructions on how to use it to take out common, difficult stains. For the price of a secondhand loveseat, all my furniture looks new again. I would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to friends of mine. Thanks!

Great! : - ) Even though Heaven's Best (HB) of San Antonio / Converse could not schedule me for the time I needed, they still took care of me. They arranged for HB of Hayes Co to help me right away, which was very helpful and convenient. I am very happy with the carpet cleaning service I received (see separate review on HB of Hayes Co), and I am glad that HB of San Antonio / Converse arranged for another HB to help me rather than sending me to another company. HB provided great carpet cleaning results and customer service. I trust them, and I will definitely use their service again.

The carpet is nice and clean~ the spot was not completely removed but is barely noticeable. Matt was very professional and very quick. He helped me move the furniture and rolled up the rug for me. The gal who makes the calls was so sweet. I didn't get her name but she was very polite and worked around my schedule to get the carpet delivered at a time that worked best for me. I really appreciate her effort and willingness to do that. Nice job all around. I'll use them again.
