Description of Work: This service provider cleaned my living and dining rooms, landing and stairs and 3 bedrooms. They used a hand driven machine that cleaned all areas very nicely. They also treated stains and odors. They service technician was professional, thorough and worked was performed above expectations. Overall very affordable and I would recommend them to others. The Heavens Best location I was given could not perform service before Thanksgiving so they had a sister store come from Hays County to do the work at no extra charge. Description of Work: Matt did a great job cleaning our living room sofa where one of our cats had gotten sick. Sofa is usable again! I am already scheduling for Heaven's Best to come out again for a larger job on chairs and carpets. Excellent work, on time, very professional.

Description of Work: I requested to have several carpeted rooms cleaned, plus 4 kitchen chairs. They arrived right on time and got right to work. Some tough stains that were in the carpet previously from my dog were completely cleaned; these had been stains treated for about three years and finally came out. I am extremely pleased with the results. He took just about and hour and a half to clean 4 rooms, a hall and all 4 chairs.

Description of Work: We had a Royal Palace area rug that needed cleaning. Matt picked up the carpet at the date and time specified and returned one week later. It's so clean and plush it looks new. We've had it over 4 years! We plan to have it cleaned once a year. Also plan to have our grout cleaned and sealed by Heaven's Best. Pleasure doing business with this company. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Can't say enough about what a great job Matt did. The price was reasonable for the work that was Involved. Two 15-year old badly stained recliners were cleaned and 'scotch-guarded' for $140.00. They look brand new. The other $240.00 was for carpeting in 3 rooms and a hallway. The carpeting is 35 years old and to say it was stained would be a gross understatement as over those 35 years we had 6 indoor cats with all the associated hairball accidents. The $240 included 'scotch guarding.'. Matt arrived exactly on time and worked non-stop for 3 hours We highly recommend him here in San Antonio.

The quality of the cleaning (both ceramic tile kitchen floors and carpets were cleaned) was terrific. The price was reasonable and they finished on schedule. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Every step in the process was absolutely flawless. We had a particularly challenging carpet cleaning need, and Matt worked very hard until the job was perfect. Description of Work: This was a great experience. Made the appointment, they called to confirm. Mike called to say he was running late due to an accident on the freeway. Took off his shoes, measured the rooms, looked at the furniture, gave me a price. I accepted the price and he went to work and was out just when he said he would be. Furniture was quite soiled due to our dog rubbing on it but he got it almost back to new. All in all easy, not cheap, but worth the price.

Description of Work: I have had other companies clean my area rugs and also my carpets. They've been just "OK". When a company brought my area rug back it was usually out of shape. When they would clean my carpets, their equipment was never working properly - looked old and not properly maintained and it took a day and a half to dry. With Heaven's Best, my first experience was having the area rug cleaned. Mike came out took a look at it, and the underside, making sure what the rug was made out of. He came picked it up and promised to have it returned the following week. While he was there I learned that they do regular carpets. His brother Matt came out the following week, delivered my area rug which looked "GREAT" , laid it out for me and began to start cleaning the carpets. He was to clean 3 bedrooms. My husband and I can't believe how great they look!!! Not once did they try to stick me with extra charges such as scotch guard etc. He was able to get stains out that other companies could not. On top of that, I asked Matt how long it would take to dry, he said about an hour - and that was correct. The 3 bedrooms after the 15% Angie's List discount came to about $124.00 and the area carpet was about $49.00. I would not hesitate to use them again. I'm so glad that I looked on Angie's List for them. You will be satisfied..
