Description of Work: Heavens Best always does a fantastic job. Even though my carpets not anywhere near new, it looks that way after it's been cleaned. I hope to use them again next year if not sooner.

Everything smelled so good, the pile of the carpet was raised again and the furniture looks beautiful. |Matt is a lovely person, very kind and absolutely trustworthy. Description of Work: They cleaned my brothers carpeting before the Christmas party. They did a very good job considering how dirty his carpeting was.

Description of Work: They picked up, and cleaned a very thick, shag carpet rug that is in my living room. As well as, cleaned the carpet in the Master bedroom. The following week, they returned the rug after having it cleaned. It went really well. I like the fact that they vacuum the carpet before shampooing. Some companies do not take the time to do that. They also, rake the carpet afterwards. I would say they are very thorough.

Description of Work: I used the Heaven's Best Service for the Northeast side of San Antonio and can honestly assure you it was the best carpet cleaning service I've ever had! The owner called to confirm the appointment, was punctual, respectful of me and my home, and did an incredible job -- despite several challenges (pet stains, odors, dirty areas at the back door). The house smelled clean (not perfumed) for days and the pet odors did not return. I highly recommend Heaven's Best -- I even have another appointment with them.

When the local franchise was booked, they got me connected and scheduled for my requested time with another franchisee, who came in, was very professional, prompt, and informative with regard to stains. The process didn't leave me with the "ghost stains" others have left behind. I'd use them every time!
