Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

He would have been on time had it not been for our street not showing up on his map out of town. After he called and got directions, he was there and ready to work. He was by himself, was very polite, well groomed, and professional. It took him approximately 1.5 hrs., and the carpet looked like new when he was finished. He worked longer on a large stain that steam cleaners had not been able to completely remove. It was gone when he left, and he told me to call him if it returned so that he could work on it again with a different method.

I was impressed with how thorough a job they did. I did not think they would be able to get all the stains out of the sofa, since the 3 and 6 year olds nearly destroyed it. But, when they were done, it looked new. Everything was better than I expected. I plan to use them again to clean the bedrooms and the other areas of my house.

I called and asked for an estimate. When I told him it was a sectional, he told me it would cost $150 to clean. I said I'd call back. I tried to get other estimates. 1 other company gave me a bid of $270. Another company said they would charge me for the trip out to make the estimate. When I said I wasn't interested, they tried to give me an estimate over the phone. They said $175 to $200. At this point, I called back Heaven's Best and scheduled the work for a couple of days later. Matt arrived exactly on time. He was very polite and friendly and professional. I felt comfortable leaving him to work at the house with my housekeeper and my elderly mother there while I went out. When I returned he had finished the job and had the invoice ready with my Angie's List discount which I hadn't even asked for. The couch was virtually spotless. I was very pleased because I really thought that no one would ever be able to make it look even close to good again. It looked great!

Extremely well. I was very satisfied with their service. They went beyond the expectations and out of their way to perform an excellent service. The carpets have never looked so good. I would be very happy to recommend them and their service to anyone.

A great experience! They were very nice and prompt. We were able to get something scheduled very quickly. They even got spots out that I thought were hopeless. The carpet looked great and was dry. They really put pride in their work, and it shows. They even did a little extra, and didn't go much beyond their estimate (an extra $15).

Mike did a great job...arrived on time, spread down a tarp to put all his equipment on, and went right to work. He was finished in a couple of hours. The carpet looks great and the method does not require them to hook up to my water supply like some of the "steamatic" companies I've used. All in all, I was very happy with the results.

Matt arrived on time and immediately went to work. He moved the furniture and pretreated any spots or stains. He did an excellent job and the carpets looked wonderful. The entire project went absolutely wonderful! They moved all my furniture to clean the grout and they even got on their hands and knees to get the tough spots! How often do you see that!

After the original estimate by telephone, an appointment was made. Mr. Dooley called the night before the appointment to confirm his arrival at the agreed upon time. He called again on the day of the appointment to confirm is imminent arrival. Mr. Dooley took ample time, upon his arrival, to explain the process that Heaven's Best uses to clean carpets (a virtual dry method) and the merits of using this scientific approach. He then proceeded to clean all carpets, carefully moving furniture in the process. Upon completion, he returned all furniture to the exact original locations. Our carpets turned out to be sparkley clean and rejuvenated. The time for the procedure was approximately two hours. Mr. Dooley's charge was exactly as predicted on the telephone estimate. He was courteous, prompt, efficient and Heaven's Best was most cost effective. We will recommend his company to our friends and associates and can highly recommend his services to other residents in this area.

They did a wonderful job. They are as nice as they can be. I have already recommended them to family and friends. They are also extremely thoughtful; they moved the heavy furniture and replaced extension cords that were plugged into outlets back where they were. They left everything just like it was. Our family has allergies and there is no problem after they leave. It dries quickly, they are just wonderful if you have allergy problems.

I highly recommend them. They were experienced people. I felt like they know what they were doing. I really enjoyed working with them.

Very, very happy with the work and with the service. They returned my initial phone call within a few minutes, gave me a rough price over the phone, called the night before to confirm and showed up on time. Work was performed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Final price was within a few dollars of the phone estimate. I'd never used this method of carpet cleaning; no dripping hoses running through the house and out the door. This was much more effective - carpets are cleaner than when I've used other services and they truly are dry in an hour. Will definitely use this company again!

Mike was very professional. He did the whole job himself. He was there about 3 hours. He was very prompt, courteous and we are very pleased with the outcome, both the work and price. He was very neat in appearance and was ready to work. You don't get a lot of this these days, my husband and I were very impressed.

They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and simply the best company I have ever dealt with for carpet and upholstery cleaning. I had an especially tough case with a very old cat who decided to never leave the sofa for ANY reason! I thought it would be a lost cause, but my sofa is back as good as new!

Mike responded quickly to our call for an estimate. The estimate was acceptable re tasks and costs. He set the appointment for 10am on Thursday. He was prompt in arriving to do the job. He did not waste time but did his job in a truly professional manner. He took time to identify possible pet urine problem areas (said pet is no longer with us) and paid attention to our thoughts on where these spots might be. He cleaned the cushions on two chairs, took special care of problem areas and was done with the job close to the time frame he had estimated it would take. He asked if we wanted the carpet treated with Scotch Guard but said if we did the job ourselves we would save a significant amount of money. We took his advice in this matter. I felt he was a true professional in that he was not out to sell us a service but gave us pros and cons of the treatment (I hope this doesn't not get him in trouble with his boss). He then cleaned up his machines and left.

The cleaner showed up on time, was totally professional, and very courteous. The work was fast and outstanding. The carpet was 7 years old and had plenty of stains and wear on it (2 dogs, 2 adults, and one toddler). When he was finished, it looked almost NEW!

I was very pleased with Mike's work and would recommend him highly. He was very pleasant to deal with and was very patient in dealing with my mess! I will certainly have him back when I am ready to do more carpet cleaning!

He was prompt (I was late, but he didn't mind waiting), and ready to get to work as soon as he arrived. When we first walked in, the smell of the cigarettes and dog waste was so strong that I didn't think it'd ever come out (the previous tenants didn't seem to mind where they let their dog go). I had my 19 month old daughter with me, so he let me leave while he was working so that she was able to play. He cleaned the master bedroom, the guest bedroom, the den, the hallway, and the living room, and it looks as good as it did the day I purchased the house. It smells BETTER than the day I purchased the house! WONDERFUL JOB!!

Matt arrived on time at 9am Tuesday morning. He greeted me with a smile and gave me his business card. I showed him the area that needed to be cleaned and we chatted. He started working immediately and finished within an hour. He was very courteous and professional.

Heaven's Best did an excellent job. They moved our furniture carefully & replaced it, removed all stains & cleaned the heavy traffic areas well. The carpet dried within a few hours. The workers are professional & competent.
