Mike arrived precisely on time. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and helpful. I will keep the review short by saying that you need look no further than Heaven's Best for all of your carpet cleaning needs. They are THE gold standard for this area. No shortcuts were taken and we are 100% satisfied with our experience. The work went quickly and the carpets were dry within an hour. It could not have been better.

Mr. Dooley the technician arrived a few minutes prior to the appointment. He performed the carpet cleaning service in a professional manner. The square footage that we had estimated was more than he measured and he gave us a substantial discount. I would recommend his company to everyone. I couldn't have been more pleased.

We had not had our carpets cleaned professionally since moving into the house 2 yrs. ago. We got a puppy last year and decided to wait until after the puppy stage to get them cleaned. After looking at Angie's List I decided that Heaven's Best was the one to call. Mike was prompt, professional and spent five hours cleaning the carpet and a couch, chair and ottoman. After first walking him through the house, he took measurements and gave me a quote. He never tried to sell me anything extra like so many other carpet cleaning companies do. He was very "no pressure" which I greatly appreciated! I brought up having him put a protectant on two areas and the furniture and he gave me a discounted quote which I thought was reasonable. We had lots of "puppy stains" and the carpet overall looked dingy. The carpets look great now! I also liked that after the cleaning the carpets dried fast and I didn't need to leave for hours waiting for them to dry. I also liked that he offered to come back for free if any of the spots reappeared after the carpet dried. So, we're very pleased and will use this company again.

Mike was very patient and worked to get out every little spot, even the ones we did not know we had. The carpet was dry almost by the time he left and looked great.

This was the first time I had used their services. I thought they were great. He came in and did a good inspection of the carpets and took them. I was remodeling my house and told them that I was in no hurry and they had them back in about a week and a half. They did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price.

It was wonderful, he does a process that drys in an hour, he got out all the stains, I thought that the price was very fair.

Mike arrived on time (actually, five minutes early) and did a wonderful job. One of the bedrooms was very dirty and stained (the results of a teenage boy) and Mike worked diligently to successfully remove all stains. He also gave a very reasonable quote for cleaning and resealing out screened in porch which has Saltillo Tile. Overall, I have not had better, more professional services and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.

They were very prompt and showed up when they were supposed to. They were neat and clean. They left my house just as they found it. I was happy with them. I chose them over other ones that were listed on the List because I think they had the most compliments and I stuck with them. Everything was done properly!

There were several stains that we were not sure would come out. They managed to get them out and make the rug look like new again. Saved us from buying a new rug!

Lots of companies out there clean carpets, but I've never had one go the extra mile and a half to make me happy. I had considered replacing the carpets, but I'm glad I had them cleaned instead because they've added much more life to my carpet. Also, they were willing to do whatever I felt was needed to make us happy. I'm serious when I say that other companies should spend some time with these guys and learn about customer service. I've had other companies come and tell me why they are so good, but Heaven's Best shows you with actions, not just words. Highly recommend them!

I was very impressed. Gentleman who did cleaning wore shoe covers and was very polite and knowledgeable. My wife had spilled some nail polish years ago on carpet which we have never been able to get out. He addressed this and explained he would try to get out, but was not sure. Sure enough, the stain was gone. In addition, the carpet was dry after only 1 hr. Great company with great service. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a home with carpeting. The last owners had a cat. I wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in with my family and I only had Friday afternoon to get it done. I checked Angie's List and liked what I read about Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning. I emailed them Sunday evening for an estimate and Matt called me the very next morning with a quote for about 1000 sqft with stairs and hall. He was able to schedule me for Friday. We agreed on 3pm. He called to confirm on Thursday, promptly showed up at 3 on Friday and was done by 4:30. He was very courteous and took great care with all his tools not to leave equipment laying around (that is a rare quality in the service industry today). If you want someone who will respect you and your home, then look no further and call Heaven's Best.

Matt arrived on time. The estimate was made and then he began work. He applied enzymes to the carpet . Then he cleaned the chair. He used a vacuum to extract all the water from the carpet after he scrubbed it. Both the carpet and the chair look new.

From initial contact to completion of work, everything went just fine.

I was so pleased with the carpet cleaning that I asked them to return and clean my ceramic tile floors. This time Mike came first and Matt came to help him after he finished another job. These guys are professional to the point of perfection. They come in with their equipment and get right to work. Because I was having a house full of company, they came and did the tile cleaning on Memorial Day, in order to help me out. These brothers are well worth the money they charge and your job will be done very well. I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone in need of superior carpet cleaning.

This company is very appropriately named. Mr Dooley arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and promptly proceeded to do a marvelous job of cleaning the downstairs carpet that was full of oil and dirt deposited by my dog. The carpet looks fabulous and was dry in an hour. This quick drying time really impressed me and my dog too, because she didn't have to stay outside a long time in the heat.

We called Matt on Monday and he promptly called us back to schedule an estimate for Tuesday at 2PM. He was right on time. This alone was a great bonus!! He gave us a very reasonable estimate and told us he would be back on Thursday of the same week to start the job at 9:00AM. Thursday our Doorbell rang at exactly 9AM with Matt ready to start working with all his equipment unloaded and ready to go!! After dealing with so many other service providers that sometimes showed up late or not at all Matt demonstrated what true customer service is all about. The company name says it all "Heaven`s Best." he worked from 9AM until about 12:30PM. He did everything he promised to do and more. I will definitely be calling Matt back in the future. We will highly recommend him to all our friends and family.

I highly recommend this company for many reasons, esp. their professionalism and cordiality. They did an excellent job and the carpet was dry within an hour as advertised. I definitely see why they are on top of Angie's List and will use them again.

Matt (the owner) came on very short notice to do my entire house. The method he uses is different than most - actually smells nice and doesn't use big heavy equipment with cords, hoses, etc. He did a very good job and I decided on the spot to have him come back and seal the tile. He does a very good job of explaining exactly what and how he will do things. A couple days later I noticed spots coming back on a very high-traffic area. I called Matt and he assured me he would take care of it at his cost. When he came (with his brother to help) for the tiles, he cleaned that area of the carpet again - looks much better now. Everything about this job was very professional. Matt and his brother are two of the most polite guys you would ever want to meet and they do great work as well! My carpets and tiles look good and the oriental rugs look amazing, as does the recliner. The $830 is the total cost for all the things they did, which I think is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them (actually, I already have!) and I am sure I will hire them again myself when my carpets need it.

I saw Heaven's Best ad in Angie's List monthly magazine, and called them for an in-home estimate. They actually gave me two estimates: the one above, and another for two small area rugs and a sofa bed. They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable for both the estimate and the actual service. Mike spent about 4 1/2 hours in my home, and did a meticulous job. He actually came early..I expected him at 10:00am on a Saturday, and he showed up at 9:00. He spent at least half of the time on my sofa, which looks almost as good as new. The price was exactly as quoted. The only slight complaint that I have is that the sofa, which is microfiber, had a slightly rough texture when it dried. I will use them again for the next project already estimated. They gave me the Angie's list 15% discount, which I appreciated. Their environmentally friendly products were appreciated by my family, two of whom have allergies.

They stood up to they're name. They responded the next day for the estimate and did a very through estimate. I notified them when I could be a home and they came that week to do the carpet cleaning. The were within the estimate price, the carpet looks great and even the carpet fuzz is gone.
