Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

I contacted Heaven's Best through Angie's List. Matt emailed an estimate of what it would cost to clean/protect the carpet in my house after I filled out the information online. He came to our house exactly when he said he would. The carpets were cleaned/protected within the time frame we expected. The carpets were dry within an hour and look wonderful. He used a special solution on some stains (from a wicker basket) in my office, but did not guarantee it would work. The next day, most of the stain was gone. Other carpet cleaners had told me they could not do anything to get the stain out. I am very pleased with the cleaning and will use Heaven's Best again.

This was the best cleaning job I have ever had. They honored the phone quote given me even though when they got there they realized it was way too low. Very professional. Moved what needed to be moved as he worked. Really it was a great, great experience. Dried very quickly and got all my stains up, even the ones that previous cleaning jobs had missed. I will def. call them again. This kind of service doesn't come around very often.

I was having a short notice influx of company and decided my floors couldn't stand up to all the traffic. I called these nice gentlemen and they didn't really have time for me until after my company would have been and gone. However, this nice man says, "we're already working on the holiday anyway, so we'll just come on and do your floors too"....wow, who ever offers to work on their day off! So, they came and worked HARD - those carpets were truly awful. I took them several hours of hard work, but the floors looked fantastic.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I highly recommend this service company.

Phone conversation was professional and informative. I asked many questions about the process used and chemicals and equipment. The technician arrived promptly. He was impeccably dressed and was completely professional. The job was done carefully and thoroughly. Not only was the carpet very clean, but it was almost dry and smelled terrific when he was finished.

They use a natural citrus cleaner with no harmful chemicals and low moisture solution. Matt Dooley was very personable and clean cut. He certainly takes pride in his work. He even brought up my garbage cans from the curb to the garage door. I was exceptionally satisfied with their service.

I used his website for an estimate for a job that needed to be done within the week. I hadn't expected to give square footage in the e-mail, but gave a range that seemed right(it wasn't!). Matt called the same day and once I returned his call, I accepted his estimate and set a date and time that week. He was on time, set up quickly and got to work. He did an amazing job and kept to the original price estimate even though I was off on the square footage. We will definitely call him when the kids move for the whole house.

I called to get a quote and ended up scheduling a cleaning appointment with Matt who then came to perform the job. He was so considerate that he took off his shoes before he entered the house, although I kept saying the floor was very dirty. This showed his care and respect for the homeowner. I was quite moved! As promised, Matt shampooed all the carpets in my house, gave me the Angie's List discount, and left the plastic cover for me to keep the carpets clean.

It went very good. They were easy to schedule and came on time. They offered their own cleaning products which we bought some. They were efficient.

They were very professional, did not pressure us, and did an excellent job in a short amount of time.

I contacted Heaven's Best because we were very pleased with the previous (now deceased) owner's work and I saw that the current owner has great reports on Angie's List. I contacted them by email with my request and times that would work for me (for the following week which was Thanksgiving week). They responded quickly and booked me for the Monday before Thanksgiving at 9am. Mike called that morning to advise he was running a few minutes late (it was only about 10 minutes). He arrived and I quickly showed him the rooms and couch and let him know I knew several spots would not come out as they were old and my family hadn't cleaned them up promptly. He told me about how long it would take and gave me a rough estimate which turned out to be very accurate and lower than I feared it might be (the 15% Angie's List member discount sure helped!). After about 3 1/2 hours he called me and I came home on my lunch hour, he paid me and he gave me the receipt and left. He did explain which spots did not come out. I had hoped they would get somewhat cleaner but the carpet is very old and the spots were old, too. Considering the condition of the carpet he did a great job and all told I was very pleased with the service.

This company was prompt and on time. They did a great job and the carpets look pretty good now. We were very satisfied with their work. I will use this company again in the future should the need arise.

Every single stain was removed (except one very old wine stain - and even it was hardly noticeable)! The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpet were so personable and professional. They came exactly on time and were completely committed to making sure that they did the very best job possible. They were also very intent on making sure that my expectations were exceeded - and they were! Thank you - I would recommend Heaven's Best to anyone!!!

They were prompt in coming out for an estimate, scheduling the work and completing the work exactly as they planned. I was very pleased with this experience.

We did not use this company, but had them come out to give an estimate for carpet and grout cleaning. They were very responsive in coming to give the estimate. I felt that the owner (one of two brothers, I believe) was very honest. Our carpets were not in too bad of condition, with the exception of traffic patterns. When I was in doubt about whether to clean a room or not, he told me when he thought there was no need to do so. It was a difficult decision between this company that is well-rated on Angie's List and one other company. However, I decided to go with the other company because I felt more comfortable with their carpet cleaning method, which is all we had done. If we decide to have our grout cleaned in the future I will choose Heaven's Best.

Excellent customer service experience. Prompt email reply for estimate. Scheduling was very convenient, reminder telephone call the day before. Arrived on time, actually a few minutes early. Very professional in appearance and manner. Described exactly what would be done, began working immediately, very accommodating. Worked especially hard on pet stains, all carpets look great, furniture back in place.

Got an appointment promptly. I had to reschedule and got another appointment right away. Arrived at my home on time and got down to business - no wasted time. Was personable and friendly. Very professional all around.

It went very well. He came on time immediately started his work and performed it with a minimum of extraneous motion.

From the estimate request response received quickly, the prompt scheduling call and the punctual arrival on the day of my service, the experience with Heaven's Best was all around positive. They provided the entire service at the exact rate quoted, were not aggressive in trying to "up sell" additional services and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work performed. I will recommend their services to others without hesitation. Was an all around extremely satisfactory experience with a professional company.

I believe it was Matt who came out, and he was very friendly and professional and went to work immediately. He cleaned the carpet first and was conscientious about me having my kids here while he worked. He was very informative about how long to stay off the carpet and let me know that it wouldn't hurt my feet or my kids' feet but that it would be wet for a little while (it dried within an hour or so). He spent a lot of time removing tons of grime from my daughter's love seat and it smelled very pleasant afterwards. I was impressed with how clean he got it, considering I had purchased it in a musty condition from a yard sale. The cleaning time was about an hour, but he spent a good portion of that time taking gunk out of the love seat. The estimate was right on. I'm having to guess at the $150, it may have been $125. I had this done several months ago, but was so happy I recommended Heaven's Best to a friend who was also very happy with their service when they were moving out of their house. I have paid much higher rates to big name carpet cleaners, and not been as happy with the service. I also didn't have to wait hours and hours for my carpet to dry. I got compliments from neighbors and family who didn't even know we had anyone in.

Matt arrived right on time. He took a quick tour of the house, pointing out stained areas. He went straight to work, completing the job in about an hour and a half. He was able to remove all the stains. He noted that the carpet in the master bedroom needed to be stretched. He also noted that the carpet was in very good condition.

I could go on and on about the job. One word says it all: perfect. The representative arrived at 3:30 pm as scheduled, but I think it surprised both of us that it took nearly 2-1/2 hours to clean my pieces.

A good job was done but it wasn't exceptional. The carpet did look cleaner but none of the spots that I thought would be eliminated were gone. It may have been the quality of the carpet, the previous owner was not concerned with quality. I did think that the carpet would be substantially cleaner than what it was. We don't have anything to compare it to so we will have more to say the next time we get our carpet cleaned.

Arrived right on time. Exceptionally courteous and clear in description of the work to be done. The gentleman was on his hands and knees scrubbing stains out of the rugs, which now look virtually new. By far the best carpet cleaning we have had done here.
