Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

Same week appointment. Arrived on time. Finished fast with excellent results. We have two dogs and two cats so lots of dirty carpet. Mike found stains that we missed. Got them all out and they haven't come back. Carpet was dry and smelled great a couple of hours after he finished. Would highly recommend this company.

We called Matt and he came over withing one day and provided us with an estimate. They extend Angie's List clients with a 10% discount. We accepted the estimate and set up an appointment with Matt for the following Tuesday. The carpets to be cleaned were three small bedrooms with beige carpet and a large master bedroom with light blue carpet. He arrived 15 minutes early. He first vacuumed all the areas that were to be cleaned. The he pre-spotted a few areas that had visable stains. Where there were unmovable objects (bed and furniture) he worked around them, but cleaned the base boards. He followed that by cleaning the areas previously agreed to. I would rate Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning as top notch. They are personal, professional and punctual and I very comfortable in recommending them to neighbors or friends.

This company sent out a representative right away to give us a free estimate and when we accepted the price, he came the next morning promptly and set to work. Mike was friendly, professional and courteous completing the work within the time frame specified. There were no hidden charges. Heaven's Best encouraged us to contact them if we had any questions or concerns about their work. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

This experience could not have gone better. I had heard many horror stories about carpet cleaners from friends, so I was delighted to find so many good reviews about Heaven's Best on Angie's List. When I first called to get an estimate, I had to leave voice mail, but my call was returned within 30 minutes. We scheduled a time for an estimate and Mike arrived precisley at the time scheduled. It only took him a few minutes to examine the areas to be cleaned, take the measurements, give me a estimate, and schedule the service. On the day the cleaning was scheduled, Mike was delayed for about a half an hour on the previous job, but he called in a timely manner to make sure that the delay was acceptable. He arrived promptly, as promised and got to work. I have to say he had a challenge on his hands. Our carpets had not been cleaned in ages and the grout on the kitchen floor was dingy and stained. Within a couple of hours, all the spots on the carpeting were gone, it was lusterous again, and the grout was restored to its lovely cream color. I was certainly pleased with Mike's professionalism and the service he performed. They showed up on time. They pre-treated spots and got to work. The carpets came out great. They charged more than the initial estimate because I forgot to include the stairs when I called. They gave an angie's list discount. Overall I was happy with the service.

Matt arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. He assessed the situation and went to work. I left to run errands, but returned after he called me to come see the pet urine he had found. We talked about the best course of action to take, and he resumed his work. I again left only to return 3 hours later when he was finished. It looked good and smelled good in the house. I am so thankful he took the time to explain and rectify the pet urine situation that was caused by the past owners. We have had no recurring problems. The only complaint I have is that I think he nicked a few of my walls with his equipment.

I'm cat hair free for at least a while! Excellent job. I hate doing this.

Excellent experience with this company! Mike came, surveyed the job, and gave me a price. His crew came when he said it would, did a GREAT job on my carpets, some of which were very badly stained, and charged me exactly what he said he would (less than $170.00).

I met the owners, Mike and Matt, at the last Home & Garden Show; was very impressed after our conversation; and then researched Heaven's Best on Angie's List. When we decided it was time to get our rugs and carpets cleaned I called them; we set an appointment and Mike was at our house almost at the precise hour. He worked steadily and was very particular about getting everything cleaned perfectly both to his satisfaction and ours. He did an amazing job and certainly made our old spotted carpet look new as well as the well-worn recliners too. Heaven's Best is precise, punctual and personable. THANKS, GUYS!

I was very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. Matt gave me an estimate, told me the processes he would be using and that he would be the person doing the cleaning. He was professional and very organized as he went about the job of cleaning my dirty carpet. I was thrilled with the result and I will definitely call them when it is time for the next cleaning.

They were prompt and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They stuck to their estimate. They were professional and responsive. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

The best professional cleaning I have ever had. Matt showed up on time. Worked efficiently and quickly with excellent results. Everything looked like new.

The company representative arrived on time. He completed all the rooms in about 3 hours & when he left the floor was mostly dry. There were a few spots that took a while to dry but they were areas that he had worked fairly h****** trying to get the spots up. The carpet hadn't been cleaned professionally in a long time & required some extra work in a few areas. I have never seen a carpet cleaned in this way before. The machine looked like a large buffer of which he changed the pads on it to do different things. The carpet had a buffer design to it when he left but when I ran the vaccum the following day it disappeared. I was really happy with the way it cleaned & dried.

Mostly very well. He, one of the owners of the business, was very professional and explained all of the process to me. The carpet was clean and nearly dry when he finished. It took about 3 hours. The only thing I don't care for is that the carpet has "marks" or a finish that looks like school or building hallways with the buffer pattern in the wax. It's not "bad". I just don't care for the look. Hopefully, it will go away over time and several vacuumings.

The entire process was efficient, timely and extremely well done.

Mike came promptly (6 minutes early) and got right to work after asking me to show him around and be sure we agreed what areas were to be done. He took measurments of each room, but because I received a price quote via phone I paid a flat rate that was previously quoted by brother Matt. Mike was at the house for several hours and was able to get out stains that had been there for 2 previous cleanings done by other carpet cleaning companies. The carpet was nearly dry when he was done since it wasn't saturated like other kinds of cleaning methods. I am so happy with how everything came out! We just listed our home for sale and Mike said if any stains come back up to just give a call and he could come back to spot treat them! These guys may not throw all sorts of discount coupons at you like other cleaners, but they are worth every penny! It's nice to feel CLEAN fluffy carpet under my feet and looks great!

Mike, the technician was friendly and informative about the entire process. He discussed with us about what was to be done, what pieces were not to be moved, and told us he would put everything back when he was done. He assured us that the chemicals he would be using were not toxic or dangerous to either us or our pets. He was very careful when he entered and left the house, making sure that "Charlie", our "faster than the speed of light" cat did not get out of the house. When he was done, everything back in place, "Charlie" still with us, he packed up his goods, he took care of the paper work and was gone.

Arrived right on time, looked and acted professional, went to work immediately. The cleaning process was quick, quiet and had a pleasant aroma. Little to no drying time due to the technology used.

Mr. Dooley arrived on time, spent sufficient time carefully cleaning the chairs and the carpets and assured that we were happy with the results. I really liked the fact that the house smelled clean when he was through and we didn't need to wait hours for the carpets to dry once the cleaning was done. We moved most of the furniture before he came, but a couple of heavy pieces he was able to take care of, and moved them back when he was through.
