Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

This is my second time using the company. Excellent service. Always on time and very reliable. The carpets looked great after they were done. The carpets were dirty from dogs and heavy traffic areas. I would highly recommend this company.

Heaven's Best did a fantastic job of cleaning my carpet. They are very professional and courteous, and the carpet looks and smells fresh and clean. I loved that the carpet was dry in about an hour and I didn't have to walk around on damp carpet. I will never use any other carpet cleaner again, even though it is more expensive than some. In this case, you definitely get what you pay for and the results are worth the price.

Fabulous job by a very professional firm!

Called and was given an estimate over the phone. Set up date for service and Mike arrived on time. Mike gave a price for area rugs that I had not mentioned over the phone and he was able to them also. Mike was very professional, worked quickly, moved furniture and explained cleaning process that is used. All carpets were dry in about an hour. It was nice not having loud equipment running during the cleaning. The service was excellent and we recommend them to anyone needing their services. The total bill included the Angie's List discount they offer.

Carpet looks great. Matt was very willing to adjust his schedule to accommodate mine. I appreciate that. The Angie's List discount was applied and is always nice to have.

The carpeting is as clean as it was when first purchased. All spots are gone; entrances to the 4 rooms no longer soiled. The service man provided an explanation for why we had the dirt build up at the room entrances.

I absolutely recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone looking for top-notch service. An excellent value! Matt did a fantastic job. He was very punctual, quiet (as I worked), and was also accomodating to my need to change appointment times. Carpets had not been cleaned for 3 years and extra attention was paid to stained areas. We most defintely got a great value and we will call Heaven's Best again.

Awesome outcome! Best of any professional carpet cleaner I've used in 30 years and 3 houses. Mike arrived at the strike of 9am and was done within 2 hours. I couldn't believe it. He was able to remove stains that other professional cleaners couldn't. My white carpet is white. Well worth money!

Excellent service on a very difficult task. I did not expect much because the carpets are very old and I have several pets. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Even though I believe it took longer than he had planned, he kept with estimate. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Everything from start to finish was very professional. The area rug which was cleaned at their facility was returned in good time and condition. Mike, was indeed very good at what he does. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for the cleaning of my tile.

Excellent! Matt came over early one morning to spot clean, then we scheduled him to meet us at the new home. It took about 4.5 hours to finish the carpet/tile job with two people working. Everything was dry in about 1 hour. They recommended doing the carpets annually, but the tile can be done every 4 years or so. We'll be calling them next year!

This is the second time we have used this company. They are punctual, professional, and perform their work extremely well. They purposely do not use hot water extraction (known by the incorrect term "steam cleaning"), but rather employ the bonnet cleaning technique which works extremely well on our white carpeting, and is a superior cleaning method. (Disclaimer: I sold commercial carpet cleaning equipment for twenty years and know all the techniques well; bonnet cleaning is by far the best). The staff of Heaven's Best is highly experienced and they know what they are doing!

They did an excellent job. Very punctual, professional, and efficient. I was particularly impressed with how well they were able to replace area rugs and furniture in almost the exact place they came from, an attention to detail that is very much appreciated. They were not the cheapest, but by far they are the best I have used.

The results were excellent and the service was efficient and courteous throughout. We were pleased that the carpets dried so quickly. We can enthusiastically recommend the firm with no reservations whatsoever.

They had a whole lot of favorable reviews and that is probably why I didn't add mine to it. I was very pleased with them. They were very professional, I e-mailed them with my questions about my quotes and then they e-mailed me back. I talked to them on the phone a couple of times till we could get a time frame worked out. Also, I guess I initially had just called them for the carpet cleaning but realized to get my upholstery cleaned as well and they said that was no problem and just added that on. They had enough free time to do it so they did it the same day that they did the carpets. I think you could probably get it done maybe cheaper in other places but I don't think the quality would have been as good. For their company the price was comparable.

Went great. It was a last minute decision to have a professional service clean these carpets. Matt Dooley was very responsive and courteous and arranged to pick them up at 7AM so we could depart on time for our vacation and he arranged to hold them until we got back. He was right on time with returning the carpets after we got back. He explained what problems he had (if any). His charges were very reasonable and he had already included the 15% discount for using Angie's List when he submitted his bill.

The price was very reasonable. The person seemed to be decent. The carpets looked great after cleaning. They do not do steam cleaning which I realized later. The soap residue left in the carpets attracts more dust after sometime. They did what they said that they would do but later I realized that it was not what I wanted.

Matt arrived on time and set to work. He moved sofa, chairs and tables to clean underneath them and repositioned them. When he finished, the whole carpet looked great. All the spots had been removed, including the the salad oil spot. My wife and I are totally happy with the quality of the work and the price we paid. We will definitely use Heaven's Best again.

Well, the estimate was as I expected plus he gave me a $46 discount for using Angie's List. Matt cleaned the entire upstairs of my house and the stairs. The stairs were very soiled with several areas where the dog had gone to the bathroom. Afterward ALL the stains were gone completely! Matt also asked me to call him it any of the stains came back and they still haven't 5 days later.

Very quietly, thorough, and professionally

Mike arrived early by about 7 minutes, parked where I asked him to and went to work promptly on time. He helped me move some items that I had yet to move and then started his work. Mike thouroughly vacuumed the entire area, identified and pre-treated all pet stains as we had previously agreed, and then performed the carpet cleaning. He even called his brother for help to accelerate the completion time. Mathew arrived and lent Mike a helping hand until he himself had to leave for another task. Both gentlemen were very thourough and professional in thier dealings with me and were careful of my possessions while they worked. I was impressed with the level of service provided and the price that was charged. I will gladly use this company again and will recommend them to others as well. Great job guys!! Thanks.
