Excellent job. Hands down the best carpet cleaning service I've ever used. I've lived in three different states and have used several chain owned carpet services and I've never had anywhere near the professional, responsive service that Heaven's Best provided.

They did a lot of spot cleaning and worked miracles on the carpet. They did a great job.

Great. He arrived on time, did the job quickly for the price quoted, and didn't try to sell me any other services. When my wife wasn't totally satisfied with the deodorizing (we have dogs), he came back and re-deodorized without charging.

Excellent overall. Stairs were extremely dirty and came out looking near new. Very punctual and courteous.

Got a call the day before to confirm our appointment.. Mike was going to be 10 minutes late and called to let me know. I was impressed by this being that most contractors are rarely on time and would rarely extend a courtesy call. We had a micro fiber reclining sofa that was very heavily soiled. Mike spent about 45 minutes working on it. To my surprise, it was restored to almost new condition. Additionally, Mike spot cleaned four small areas on my carpet, and did not charge me for it. Being a business person formally the East Coast, I usually have high expectations when it comes to services. Heaven's Best exceeded all of them. Do yourself a favor and don't bother researching other carpet/upholstery cleaning services. Call Heaven's Best for an appointment.

They were good workers. They came in and got right to work. He told me what he could and what he could not do. He provided good service and the job he did made my floors look good.

They do a really good job. It doesn't take long for the carpet to job. He moves furniture, which is great, because my husband and I both have bad backs. We moved what we could, but they took care of the rest. The carpet looks lovely. We don't have stains reappear, which is a big deal.

I found Heaven's Best on Angie's List and contacted them. I called them early in the week, and they were able to come out the same week. The carpet in one of the bedrooms was very soiled inclulding some doggie accidents. Mike wasn't sure he could get all the stains out, but he did. Wow! The entire process took about 1-1/2 hours, and I am extremely pleased with the results.

I was very pleased with Matt's service. He was professional, thorough and responsive. He worked very hard to get some really dirty areas clean. The carpet was not left soaking wet like some companies, it was just slightly damp and dried in about an hour. He explained how he cleaned the fibers using moist cleaning pads, not steam cleaning which just causes a soggy mess and rots out the pad underneath the carpet. He took care to prevent getting the rest of the house dirty and cleaned up well afterwards. Very personable and hardworking. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again. Plan to have them clean my tile next time.

Matt arrived promptly at 7 a.m. as promised. He was professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. We even received a discount for getting the Heaven's Best company off of Angie' List. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again!

They called a day before to confirm our appointment. Mike came and looked over the areas to be cleaned and quoted a price better than I expected, since I forgot to include closets when I was taking to Matt on the phone. Mike got right to work and was done within 3 hours. The house smelled so fresh and clean when he was done and the carpets look terrific and dried quickly. The added bonus is that the system they use does not require soaking the carpet until it is ruined. Mike was very conscientious and polite. I will definitely call them again.

He arrived on time, explained their process in detail, worked for about 2 1/2 hours on carpets that were overdo for cleaning. (Half were off white, and exhibited not only about 17 months of use since last cleaned, but also wheelchair tracks from a chair I used while recovering from a broken ankle -- hence the delay in having the work performed.) When finished our carpets and rugs never looked better -- Mike was able to remove stains the previous carpet cleaner had said were impossible to remove. Moreover our carpets were dry about an hour after he finished, as opposed to the 6 to process we had experienced with carpet cleaners who used older steaming methods. And he charged less! He was professional, courteous, answered all our questions, and overall exceeded our expectations! We will definitely use his service again.

Very satisfied with the service. We received a call the day before confirming the time of the appointment. On the day of the scheduled service, the company's representative arrived on time - very courteous and professional. Within a few minutes we re-confirmed the services we had requested, and the job was completed within the time originally estimated (less than 2 hours for the 3 rooms). The equipment was clean and well kept. The end result was excellent. I recommend this company and will contract them again.

They were just very professional and very quick. I had called one day and they came out the next day. They gave me an estimate which was within the price that I thought was good. They were able to come out within 2 days to do the work. I was very pleased. They just went about their business and did the work. It was good. The price included the discount. I don't have my carpets cleaned very often, so I really have no comparison. The price for that much space seemed reasonable to me. I didn't have a comparison and I didn't get other estimates. They didn't move any of the big furniture. They just moved the dining chairs and so on. There was no major furniture moving. Apparently some people request that, but I didn't. I figured my heavy furniture has been there and it will stay there, so why clean under it. They base the price by measuring the actual carpet that you want cleaned. They have some kind of a tool with a laser which they use to be able to measure more exactly the carpet being cleaned, not necessarily a whole room. For me the price was very good. I was comfortable with that. They didn't use detergent but whatever they used had a citrus smell, so it was nice and clean. I was pleased. There are 2 brothers in business with each other, Mike and Matt. I most definitely would use them again in the future.

We had some pet-stains on our carpet. I decided to try Heaven's Best based upon the consistently positive reports on Angie's List. The initial contact was through their website (I used the estimator), and I received a prompt response within 24 hours. The quote provided was $99.00 (I was not sure of the square footage). I responded and gave the company a few times that worked in my schedule. They responded again via email and we set up an appointment time. I could have used the phone but it was just as easy via email. Mike showed up at our home at the scheduled appointment time and immediately assessed the area. He was professional in appearance and manner. He was wary about the pet stains he saw and remarked that there were two tiers of service that he could perform. The one that was $99 would just be usual cleaning without any special pet stain treatment. The other was around $200.00 and he couldn't guarantee that the pet odor would be completely removed so it was possible that the pet would continue to use the area. I decided to just use the $99 service. Even so, he used a pet stain device to determine which areas were in most need of attention. When he was done with the complete cleaning (it took 45 min - 1 hour), the carpet looked brand new. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again!

My parents needed one room cleaned in a rental they were moving from. Heaven's Best quickly came out and did a great job. There minimum charge was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

The estimate and appointment was all done on the web site which was very convenient. The estimate was for $200.00 which I thought was very low. When Matt arrived I told him about several pet stains and I didn't expect him to perform the work for the agreed amount. After looking at the project Matt said it would be $275.00 which I thought was very reasonable. Matt spent about 3 hours cleaning the carpet and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Agreed to come the next day even though it happened to be a holiday weekend. He came promptly at the appointed time and spent a lot of extra time getting extra soiled area and spots cleaned. Matt did a wonderful job and the carpet looked fantastic when he finished and smelled so good. He said the solution they use does not build up on the carpet like so many cleaners do that cause the carpet to get dirty more quickly after it has been cleaned. He even left us with a bottle of spot remover. He was very professional and pleasant and we will be using him again in the future.

Mike arrived on time, and went right to work. I showed him one area of concern, and he said he thought the stain would come out. He was quick, quiet, and did a great job, and was also very courteous. I would definitely hire this company again.

The appointment was for 4:00 pm. He arrived at 3:30 pm. He stayed in his van until 4:00 pm (even though I opened my door to let him know I was home). He said that he thought there was a reason why I said 4:00 was the appointment and he did not want to intrude. I thought he was taking care of some other business on his phone in the van. Anyway, when he came in he told me he could not guarantee that all the stains would be removed and the smell would be gone because he said the urine may have gone through the carpet and through the padding underneath. I told him to go ahead and do his best. (I appreciate honesty). He proceeded to do extensive pet stain removal/treatment. The chemical he used was a citrus based formula so the smell was not overwhelming (thank goodness). He then did the carpet cleaning. Lo and behold ALL of the stains are gone!!! I won't know about the smell until the carpet dries but I am very pleased at the way my carpet looks. He took care in moving furniture, chairs, etc. He put the big items back (couch, large sofa chair, end table, coffee table, bar stools). The smaller items I will put back when the carpet dries. Because of the extensive treatment, he said it may take 2 hours to dry (instead of 1 hour). He was here for about 1 hour. They have a 15% discount coupon on Angie's List. I highly recommend this company.

Michael arrived on Friday, July 2, 2010, at the appointment time. He cleaned some 8x10 area rugs and one of the bedrooms. He was thorough, and the carpets and bedroom rug were spotless. I have used Heaven's Best in the past, since I have a rather large dog. Heaven's Best really is the best carpet cleaning outfit I have ever used. I highly recommend this company.
