Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

I left a message for Heaven's Best late on a Saturday afternoon, and honestly I was not sure that I would receive a call back until Monday. However, the owner was very prompt in returning my call 1-2 hours later and agreed to come out on the afternoon I requests. He was prompt in arriving and very polite and professional, wearing booties and being very careful as he moved my furniture. I thought the cost was a bit high (about $200 for the carpet cleaning and $100 additional for the Scotchguard-type coating), but I was very pleased with the work and thrilled that my carpet dried so quickly. In the past, my carpet has taken 8 to 12 hours to dry, but it was completely dry within 2 hours this time.

I found Heaven's Best on Angie's List, and was impressed with their ratings, so gave them a call on May 19. Matt answered and scheduled our estimate for that very afternoon, and was right on time. He gave us a very fair estimate while there during our meeting, and we scheduled the services for the following Monday. We received a confirmation call on Sunday afternoon for the appointment, and then Matt and Mike showed up right on time for the appointment on Monday the 23rd. They finished their work in what I thought was a very reasonable time frame for what they did (about 2.5 hours), and my carpets and tile floor looked FABULOUS! My husband even commented that he didnt think our tile floor looked that good when we bought the house new! :) What was even more impressive was how quickly the carpet dried; was ready to go after about an hour or so. The team at Heaven's Best was courteous and professional in their approach, communication, and appearance, and we appreciated the great job they did for us. We definitely plan to use them again, and will be recommending them to anyone who needs carpet or tile cleaning services - they are GREAT! Thank you Matt and Mike and Heaven's Best team!

Prompt, polite, professional, quality work, reasonable price.

As scheduled, Heaven's Best showed up the same time as the installers arrived to put solar film on our windows. I didn't realize that to do the solar film, there can't be any dusting or vacuuming done. There has to be as little debris in the air as possible to avoid it being between the film and the window. Matt from Heaven's Best was very accomodating and helpful. I forget who, may have been Matt, suggested that we move the sofa to the garage and he would clean it there. He even helped move it to the garage. Then, he set to work. He did an excellent job and was very professiobal and courteous.

Excellent service. I used this company when I moved into my house in 2010, and it was recommended that I get the carpets cleaned annually, especially since I have two dogs that love to bring stuff in from the yard. The service person is one two brothers who own the business. He showed up a few minutes early. I told him I would be outside with the dogs. He and his brother got to work. Upon completion of the job, they reviewed what they had noticed (i.e. more soiled carpet in certain areas than others). Also, they initially quoted me to seal the tile without cleaning it, but when they started to do the job, they realized that the tile needed to be cleaned. They cleaned the tile at no extra cost to me in order to honor their initial quote. I was very pleased with their professionalism, promptness, and thoroughness of the job. The only thing I was disappointed with was that they did not repair the pulls in the carpet like they did a year ago.

Great experience from start to finish. Matt returned my phone call for an appointment right away, scheduled me for an estimate quickly and then set a date for the cleaning in the same week which is exactly when I needed it done. They cleaned up our not very clean and slightly stained carpets nicely. The carpet is not high quality and so the stains were difficult to remove but they did an excellent job of getting out what could be got out. They did exactly what they said they would do all along the way. This is a BIG plus for me since I was not present for the cleaning and had to take them at their word. Excellent business....would use them again in an instant.

It was a very good experience. They came out and took measurements and gave me an estimate that I accepted. They performed the service at that time. They were very fast and did a good job. The carpet dried very, very quickly.

Scheduled HB to clean carpets and sofa. They arrived on time and did a great job. I was relieved that they didn't try to "upsale" me by trying to add additional treatments. (I have always used Chem-dry in the past and they are notorious for this.) I asked about and purchased some of their spot cleaner which I look forward to trying.

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning actually answered the phone around closing time! I had an emergency for them to handle and Matt came the next day. He treated the root beer stains and told me to call if they came back. I called the next day (Saturday) and he came back and treated the residual that reappeared. This time the stains stayed gone!

This company is fantastic. They are affordable, timely, responsive and stand behind their work. I strongly recommend them for carpet cleaning. The carpet before they cleaned it was heavily stained and afterwards it looked brand new!

Mr. Dodley was delayed in traffic but informed me ahead of time that he would be late. After surveying the carpet and me pointing out the spots he provided me with an estimate that meshed with what I'd been quoted on the phone. Because I mentioned Angie's List I was automatically given a discount and didn't have to ask. The cleaning took almost 3 hours and was the most thorough cleaning my carpets have received. Mr. Dodley was even able to get out old, stubborn stains that others had been unable to remove. Everything was done in a very professional manner. I couldn't be more pleased.

Matt was right on time for the appointment, he was friendly and ready to get started. I had a question regarding stain removal and he explained it very well. When the job was completed he explained the drying process and asked if I had any questions. This is a great company to deal with, my previous expierance with a carpet cleaning company was terrible so I was reluctant to use one but after reviewing the companies on Angie's list I felt much better.

Matt was quick and responded by phone with an estimate that was exactly what I paid when Mike was finished. Mike arrived on time and immediately started work. I had to bring my children to school and he stayed and continued working (already shows the trust and comfort level I felt when he arrived). He went above and beyond helping us get our home ready to sell. I had mentioned a book shelf (full of children's books) that I needed to move into the closet so he could access more of one of the rooms. Before I even had a chance, he had moved it, and everything else, out of the way (with all the books back in the bookshelf in the closet!). I was thoroughly impressed. Very polite and very professional. My home is 8 years old with carpet that has had 2 little girls running all over it, and a cat...and my carpet looks brand new...and the stairs! Unbelievable! Don't look anywhere else...this is the place to go!

They have removed stains that Stanley Steemer has tried to get out for years. My house sparkled when they left. They were cleaning up after a burglary and stuff was spilt all over the floor. They did a really good job and I will probably have them come every six months from now on. I got their name from Angies List.

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning provided very good work. They were able to get my cat's stains and odors out from the carpet.

I've had very good luck with them. They did a good job. I replaced all that carpet with hardwood floors. They came to me on Memorial Day because I was desperate. It is a pair of twins that own it and I used them two times. Both times they have done work it has looked good when they left. They are very responsive. I don?t have any carpet any more.

I was a little nervous because the rug I needed cleaned was expensive, and I hadn't had it cleaned before. Although it was not an antique rug, it was 100% hand knotted wool and an investment! The rug had one cat accident and a few blueberry stains, which I had tried to remove myself with out success. I called Heaven's Best for a quote, which was reasonable, and the owner reassured me that they would handle the rug well. I had them pick up the rug a few days later, which they cleaned and returned within 7 business days. They brought it inside, unrolled it, and there was no sign of the stains and the rug looked great! I was quite happy with the result, and dealing with Heaven's Best was easy!

Very professional, did a great job. He got out paint stains and pet stains and I was extremely happy. He didn't use any harsh chemicals and the floor dried just like he said it would in an hour. We are going to use him forever.

I joined Angie's List to specifically get a referral for carpet cleaning, and Heaven's Best seemed to be on top of everyone's list. This company probably doesn't need another positive report with all the accolade it's getting (I mailed a written evaluation in a postcard format several weeks ago, which wasn't posted), but here's mine. The cost of $300 is for carpet cleaning for two homes. The company was punctual, pleasant to work with, and most importantly, our carpet came out looking, smelling, and feeling better than ever after the cleaning. They took out some stubborn pet stains, which no amount of vaccuming resolved. I would use this company again.

Responsive, punctual and does an awesome job. The office had an exterior water leak and the room had a foul odor. Cleaning and drying took about 2 hours. Matt waited patiently while we moved the furniture and waited again when we moved it back so he could clean in the remainder of the area. The smell is gone!

Showed right on time. Even though he called saying he was running a couple minutes late. Carpets look great, even where the dog stays all the time. This is the second time we've used Heaven's Best. Great job.
