Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

This is the best carpet cleaning I have had - and I have had this carpet cleaned every 2 years about seven times. I will ask Matt to clean again and I will recommend him to anyone who asks. Thank you! The price I paid was $85 after the Angie's List discount - the charge was $100.00

Matt came out the next day, thoroughly cleaned and deodorized our carpet. He got rid of the skunk odor. I am very pleased!

Matt arrived exactly at the time he said he would. I had just one Master bedroom/bath area to be cleaned. He moved the small furniture that he needed to. We are very pleased with the work he did. There was one area that we were both concerned about, but he did a super job and got it cleaned. He offered to come back within a few days to do it again, if the spot re-appeared. It did not. He took a small entry rug with him to be cleaned, and returned it a few days later. He did a great job on that one, too. We will use him from now on.

Heaven's Best did an excellent job on our carpet. It looks better than it has in a long time. Used a different company before but will only useHeaven's Best from now on. Not only did they do a super job on the carpet but all interactions with personnel were wonderfully pleasant. Matt was running early for our appointment so they called to see if we could accommodate this different time. Appreciated the heads up and was pleased to have them arrive a bit early. After all of this perfection, they called the next day to see if we were pleased with the cleaning. Can it get much better than that?

Very professional and on time. The cleaning of 3 high-traffic areas...master bedroom, office and dining room took less than an hour. And, the carpet looked great at the end of it! Plus, no wet carpet or chemical smells. We have also used Heaven's Best for stand-alone rug cleaning with great results. Highly recommend this company!

After submitting our review, we received a refund check from Heaven's Best. Apparently when reviewing their billings, they found a $42 dollar error in our bill and sent us a refund check. We would never have known the difference so not only does Heaven's Best do excellent work, they are clearly an honest and trustworthy business!

They were good. I found them through Angie's List. They're excellent. They were highly recommended for me. If I had stain removal, I would use them.

I've used Heaven's Best several times now and they always are professional, courteous, and prompt. They cleaned a set of stairs with a landing and 3 bedrooms. They fit me in within a few days of calling and did so by starting the service at 7:30 a.m. so that they had enough time for another customer at 10 a.m. The rooms were cleaned quickly and smelled fresh and looked great when done. The price that was quoted to me on the phone was reduced due to the small size of two of the bedrooms. Thanks to Matt and Christy.

They called to confirm and to follow up after the service. Matt was very professional and thorough. He came in an got right down to business. The carpets came out very clean and smelling fresh. They were dry within and hour. Our sofa and loveseat look brand new. They are not the least expensive but I would say they are one of the best. Worth the money. I will use them again!

My wife loves them. We have been using them probably since '94 when we moved here. They are simply outstanding.

This is the second time I've used this company. Pleasant people, great service and the carpet looks like new. This week I've had to deal with Uverse, Dish and Sears. Heaven's best was an oasis of professionalism and customer care in a desert of apathy and poor service.

I've used Heaven's Best twice before with excellent results. Matt himself came this time and was several minutes early (yay!) He thoroughly vacuumed first and then cleaned the carpets. In and out in under two hours. Carpets were dry within 3 hours and this was a cold and rainy day. He paid special attention to the cat "gak" stains and all are gone! Carpets are now soft and nice. The office followed up the next day to make sure we were pleased.

They were prompt, through and over all did a great job I would definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic service. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because I was shocked by how great the results look! Our playroom rug was trashed- coffee stains candy ground into it- now it looks brand new. Highly recommend this company! Friendly, adorable and on time!

Matt did a fantastic job, our carpets had several stains that he was able to get out and carpet was dry in one hour just like he told me they would be. Will definitely use Heavenly again and will request Matt.

They are very reliable. It dried really fast and was very clean. They are really good and nice people. They are very pleasant and do not mess around and get the job done. I will use them again in the future. Their price was reasonable and they charge what they say they are going to.

After reading great reviews on Angie's List about Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning, I called on 1/14/2015 to have relatively new carpet spot cleaned and deodorized due to my dog's accident. During this conversation with Christy, I mentioned that I might need to have carpet taken from a closet and placed in a huge area where I had spilled red nail polish. This carpet was only 2 years old and expensive woven burbur. I was told that they did not do repairs, but that the tech would look at it to see what could be done. I held no hope that anything short of replacing the entire room was possible. I was scheduled for the next afternoon. The scheduling was easy and professional. One of the owners, Matt, arrived early (we were called first and asked if early worked for us) and got right to work. He cleaned and sanitized the carpet in the guest room. Then, Matt started trying to remove the nail polish imbedded in the woven carpet. He patiently worked, using several different solvents, etc. Still, I doubted the outcome. After about 45 minutes, I decided to check his progress only to see absolutely NO nail polish or stain left. The carpet looks like new again. Matt simply worked a miracle for the original price quoted to me on the phone. He was a gentleman, a professional who definitely knew his business and "a magician". I could not be more happy. I would recommend Heaven's Best to anyone needing carpet cleaning, etc. I am an extremely happy customer! Thanks again, Matt.

This is the third time I have used Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning and as usual they did an excellent job! Matt is very detail oriented and did a great job pre-cleaning many spots on the carpet. He is very easy going and did a superb job cleaning our carpet. I given Heaven's Best my highest recommendation.

From the start it was very professional, I called to get a quote and the call was returned promptly. I scheduled an appointment, there was bad weather coming and they called to inform me if the weather got bad, they would let me know ahead of time and we could reschedule. The weather held and 5 minutes prior to the appointment time, the van arrived. The cleaning lasted almost exactly the amount of time they said it would, and the carpet looked like new when he was done, he even found some play doh in the carpet I missed, and got it out. Having children and all their friends here all the time can destroy a carpet, but Heaven's Best made it look like new, Thank you. I will be calling soon to schedule the next cleaning.
