This is the second time I have have used Heaven's Best and I am just as pleased as the first time! Kept a pet for a friend and after the pet left, I wanted the areas where the pet frequented to be freshened up. Heaven's Best arrived ahead of schedule; inspected areas to be cleaned and gave a price quote with a discount for Angie's list customers. I am very satisfied with the work and would highy recommend to others! Your home will have the freshest scent when the work is done!

Spoke with representatives and set up appointment for a person to come and evaluate the areas to be cleaned and quoted a price for service. Before the scheduled appointments they called to confirm. The cleaning person (Mike) arrived on time and was able to evaluate and give a quote that was very reasonable, and I immediately asked when the service could be preformed. He called office to see when his team could be available. The appointment was set for that Thursday. On the scheduled day, I was surprised that Mike would be the actual person who would be cleaning my carpet. Mike got to work immediately. The three areas looked and smelled fresh, and the carpet wasn?t socking wet. The carpet was completely dry in about an hour and a half. It has been several days and the carpet still looks and smells great. During this entire process, Mike and his office staff were very professional and courteous. I?ll definitely call them for yearly or unscheduled services. I highly recommend Heaven?s to all of my family and friends.

I got them off of Angie’s List and they were to pretty much to their word. He was very punctual and came out and did a pretty good job in cleaning my sofa. I asked him to do some chairs and because one of the chairs was old; it was a dining room set that my mother had, it had a stain on the chair. He tried and tried and cleaned all 6 chairs, and didn’t charge me. I would definitely recommend him and in fact I will look for him to clean my carpets, when I need to clean my carpets.

Mike from Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning visited my home to provide much needed carpet cleaning services. We went through the house and he provided a very competitive quote before starting. His work was exceptional and the carpet has never looked better! He was able to successfully clean all the stains I identified and I am very pleased with the results and the value provided. Absolutely the best carpet cleaning job we have ever had! Our old carpet looks and smells wonderful! This is the first time we used this company. Best decision we've made! He arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. We've had our carpet cleaned at least once a year and it has never looked this good. It dried quickly (in about 1 1/2 hours). I waited a month to write this review because in the past, we have noticed that it started looking matted down and grubby in this time frame. Well, it still looks and feels great a month later! We definitely use again.

Found on Angie's List and contacted them to set appointment after asking several questions and being happy with their responses. They arrived on time as scheduled, were very courteous and knowledgeable from initial phone contact through final service, and pricing was as described pre-service-- no surprises, no problems whatsoever. The gentleman thoroughly cleaned heavily trafficked and very soiled wall-to-wall carpet as I requested, plus, I had him take for off-site cleaning 2 very large wool area rugs. All these items were included in the price and there was no additional charges for pick up and delivery or moving furniture, etc, etc. so there was no confusion nor unknowns, and he clearly described processes and pricing. I have to commend them for the oriental rug cleaning, especially. One of the 2 rugs was not in bad shape; it is a 8x10 wool machine made rug that just had a lot of foot traffic and soil. He advised me the rug could be cleaned in place but that it would be better to have them take it so it can be rinsed and dried better vs. if I had him clean it in place. I knew from having owned and actually retailed rugs that he was correct. This rug came back exceptionally well done-- looks great, done professionally, flawless. HOWEVER...heir real challenge was the larger, Persian rug, handwoven, vegetable dye, 14 x 16, older rug in an intricate tribal pattern. As we have large dogs, we had one lose control of its bladder as it became geriatric, the rug took hard hits and was very heavily soiled by dirt and set in pet stains. We had it cleaned in place by another company a few years back but it was not done well. I asked for this rug to be taken off site and cleaned also. I am very, very impressed and pleased with the results. They had to know what they were doing to have gotten the colors not to run and still get the old, set stains out. The rug looks better than when I even first bought it. I have paid much, much more to have this rug cleaned by rug stores, competitors, etc over the years and this company just slam-dunked it and did it very, very affordably by comparison.

This company is the BEST! They came out the same day I called to give me a quote. The next day I called to schedule the service for the following week. They did an AMAZING job. Our 10 year old carpets look almost brand new and the tiles look incredible. We had debated on replacing the carpet and tile throughout our house because they just looked terrible. Not anymore!! The flooring looks almost new and for a fraction of the price. I would HIGHLY recommend Heaven's best. They're fast, efficient, affordable, and are a true pleasure to work with.

Mike arrived not as scheduled but called 2 say he was struck in traffic. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting. I was very pleased with the price and the job he did on my furniture and rug.

He came six in the morning so that the carpet would be dry. I would call him to do the hallways and other places that would be dirty. His price was pretty reasonable. They did a very thorough job. I would use them again in the future.

I loved the service and responsiveness I received from this company. The technician showed up right on time and got right to work on the two upholstered chairs. He then proceeded to clean the carpets in three rooms and was finished in just under two hours with everything. The whole house smelled wonderful and he was able to get quite a few spots out of the carpet (I have a new dog in the house who is only partially housetrained). The service I received from Heaven's Best was the best carpet cleaning experience I've had. I've used several others, including Stanley Steemer (who always tries to upsell additional rooms or upholstery cleaning) and Chem Dry, but Heaven Sent will have my business from now on. They did what they said they would do, at the time requested, and worked with a smile. Thanks to everyone at Heaven's Best for a great job.

We needed carpet in master bedroom cleaned due to several puppy accidents. We purchased the three room special. Contact call was place on Thursday and services were scheduled for Friday morning. Technician was on time and the work performed was exceptional. We have used different companies over the years and I was never "moved" to refer them, and on more than a few occasions considered reporting them. We will use Heven's Best again for carpet and tile cleaning and happy to give them best ratings.

It was excellent. They had a great personality and were very professional. They were quick. He said the price was about 60 percent off the regular price. The price was very good. We would definitely use them again.

Matt and Mike were professional, prompt, and personable. They understood my problem with this miserable rug and talked me through how they would handle the stains. The guys worked great together, did a great job and I will use them again just to keep my house looking great!!!

I had used Heaven's Best earlier this year to clean a red wine stain from a dining chair. I called them again because of the excellent service I had received, and was very pleased once again. This time, I had a really difficult stain: red vomit on beige carpet. I had cleaned it up, and used water and Tuff Stuff to pick up as much of the stain as possible. The stain was less than 24 hours old, but it had turned black. Heaven's Best got it out. Wow!

Overall it was outstanding from start to finish and it was accomplished in a timely fashion.

I called Heaven Best on a Tuesday afternoon hoping for an appointment asap as family was coming in from out of state for a visit. I was pleasantly suprised when Matt advised me they could be by the next morning at 10:00 am. THE NEXT MORNING! I joined Angies List specifically for the purpose of avoiding a carpet cleaning nightmare. I couldn't be happier with Heavens Best and, consequently, Angies List as well. Mike showed up approximately 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment, I explained the circumstances of the carpet, including the pets, the areas needing cleaning and the hoped for results. Mike went straight to work measuring off the areas, quoted me a fair price, minus any strong arm upsell tactics I'm used to during such services, and went directly to work on the carpets. Mike was very personable as well as highly professional. The process was relatively non invasive, and certainly less noisy than other methods, green/non-toxic, pleasent smelling without being overpowering and very quick to dry. Like another reviewer I had a 'mystery' stain that appeared shortly after I moved into my home, obviously from the previous tenant and left temorarily disguised by a less proficient carpet cleaning process. It's two weeks later and despite being in a high traffic area the stain has shown no signs of returning. My carpets are visually clean, soft to the touch and smell very fresh. I will call Hevans Best, in a nanosecond, for all of my future floor maintenance needs or any other servies they offer I may find my home in need of. With them I experienced a high level of professionalism and dedication to their work AND their customers, reasonable prices without strong arm upsell tactics and a better than hoped for result. Nighmare prevented-what else could a customer want?

We were concerned that we would have to replace all the carpeting that was neglected by the prior owner. Heaven's Best came and gave us a reasonable estimate for cleaning and explaining that they could bring the carpeting back to a livable condition. Boy! Did they ever meet and exceed our expectations. Mike showed up on time, got right to work and did a fantastic job. From our perspective the carpets now look as good as new. The Heavens Best folks do what the say. I think one of the reasons that many companies fail is because they do not communicate with the customer. Heavens Best over-communicates (that's a good thing), from confirming the appointment in advance and calling the day of the appointment to let us know they were on their way. Great outfit - look no further.

I thought they did really well in cleaning the carpets. We got to them when I called them originally but the person I talked to on the phone to ask about the estimate told me around $200. When the guy got here, he measured how much it because I told him that it was about 1,600 sq. ft. of carpet and the cost would be around $300. When I told him that the person that I talked to on the phone said that it was $200, he said that if that was what was told to me, then that’s what they would charge me. There was no problem in the end with that but there was a little mix up and they were pretty quick to say okay. The carpet dried really fast like they said. I wasn’t there the whole time he was here but I didn’t notice vacuuming the carpet or anything like that before he did the work. I may be wrong but I thought it’s on the website that they do that. The type of system that they have is a buffer type system; so it doesn’t really suck up, for instance, the previous owner had dogs here. He may have done it after I left but I was thinking that he would do that before he would actually do that before buffering the carpet. Overall, it was good service and I can’t complain about it.

Matt showed up two weeks ago on time and gave an estimate based on my actual square footage. I was out of town the following week so I scheduled the appt for the 21st at 1pm. Matt and his son showed up a few minutes early and began working right away. They wore booties in the house the entire time and were very professional. They seemed to make a point of not disturbing me or my husband who were both working from home that day. Matt even cleaned the bannister railing footings after doing the stairs. The carpets were almost 12 years old and a light grey color. There were a few spots in the master bedroom. After they were done I swear the carpets looked brand new and were hardly wet at all. We were able to walk on them in a couple of hours. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.
