Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

I have never had experience with them but my son recommended them. I have spoken to them to get an estimate. They were polite over the phone. Overall I give them an A. The price is good. So, far I think I would use them again, because my son likes the work they did at his place.

They were very thorough, quick, and very nice. He made some suggestions and helped me make some decisions.

Called for appointment, made appointment, the workman arrived on time, cleaned the upholstery, and I paid him. He was very polite, efficient, and very neat. It was a "heavenly" experience!

I was really impressed with Matt's efficiency and tenacity at working on a stubborn pet stain and removing it. That stain had been hidden under another carpet when I bought the house, so I thought I was just going to have to live with it. But Matt was able to get out the stain. I always recommend Heaven's Best to all my friends. They are great to work with and very prompt, efficient and provide excellent service and carpet care.

In a word, excellent! We needed to get our carpets cleaned for the holidays and they were able to fit us in to an already full schedule. The technician arrive on time and was very courteous and friendly. He worked extra h****** a few stubborn spots and attended to our requests without question. When he left we looked at the results and were very pleased.

I called and service was set up at my convenience. Service was done on time and was just what I wanted. The carpet looks great.

As always (I've used Heaven's Best for years), the work was done quickly, completely, and with great professionalism. Mike called when he saw that traffic was going to make him a few minutes late. He let me know how much it would be before starting work, and, as always, the price was very reasonable. I never cease to be amazed at how well they remove spots. He and his brother Matt are consistently great to work with and do a thorough, professional job. The house always smells wonderful afterwards, and the carpets and upholstery dry quickly.

A pick-up time was arranged and he arrived promptly at the scheduled time to pick up the rug. The rug was pretty dirty and they did an excellent job of removing all of the stains on the rug. They only had the rug for about a week and delivered it back to my house. The cost was less than what I was quoted on the phone (which is always wonderful!). This is the second time I have used this company (first time to clean my couches), and have been quite impressed both times. I happily refer them to my friends and family.

Great. My dog had made dark spots on the carpet and the carpet cleaner did a great job cleaning the carpet.

They were here on time and worked for an hour and 15 minutes. Very professional and thorough. This the second time I have used them and will again.

They did about 4 room’s carpet cleaning. They did the work and the job went smoothly. I will use them in future. I will use them again in the future.

Needed a very quick carpet cleaning completed before moving into a temporary rental situation. Left a voicemail and received a call back within minutes. Heaven's Best was very responsive and fit me into their schedule so that the cleaning wouldn't hold up my move in. They even showed up a little earlier than their specified arrival time. The fact that the cleaning was done without the traditional "soaking" of the carpet meant that I didn't have to wait for it to dry a few days.

They arrived on-time, finished in the time they stated they would. Great job.

I called up the company and b/c i was considering getting our sofa and overstuffed chair cleaned - actually trying to determine if I should clean or replace. It was in very dirty condition and had been told another company that it was so dirty they would have to take it outside to clean it. Matt told me he had never had to take furniture outside to be cleaned before. He quoted me a price of 150.00 minus my Angie's discount. He came out as scheduled, very prompt, professional and courteous, when i opened the door he had on shoe covers and all the supplies ready to come in and get the task accomplished. He worked on the chair for a while and told me that he suspected that he may not be able to get the furniture clean well enough. He said that he expected in the morning we would see that some of the water marks would show right back up. He told me no charge and I insisted we pay him something and we paid him 30.00 After all the chair was much cleaner if not as cleaned as he hoped. The next day the chair dried and when we inspected it found no water marks and scheduled for Matt to return to do the sofa. Again as scheduled he arrived prompt, professional and courteous, when i opened the door he had on shoe covers and all the supplies ready to come in and get the task accomplished. The furniture wasn't perfectly brand new clean, and that was because it is about 12 years old and had not received good care and it was in bad shape. We actually paid this company more than they quoted because we were pleased. I would definitely recommend this company. There is a reason they have such good ratings and that is because they earn it.

We have lived in our home for 25 years and cleaned our carpets ourselves for all those years. This is the first time we had a professional cleaner come in and I have to admit I was not anticipating that they could get some of the spots out. They definitely exceeded our expectations. I am not only recommending them to Angie's List readers, which is where we found this company, but I am sending an email out to about 50 friends and relatives to tell them if you ever need a carpet cleaning company, hire this one! I rarely give raving reviews and am quick to call an owner when poor service is received. This company is great and has integrity and probably gets the majority of their business from repeat customers and referrals...they are THAT GOOD! Now back to cleaning those other rooms and having garage sales so we can have them clean the other rooms. I love my carpets now! Matt was the one who came out to give us the estimate and his brother is the one who came out to clean it. Because of some inadvertent miss-communication, a few pieces of furniture was not moved to clean. I called Matt and he quickly came out the next morning and took care of it to our satisfaction. Both my husband and I have been in jobs serving customers and we have certain, pretty high expectations...Heaven's Best more than satisfied our expectations. We will definitely use them again and again and again and recommend them to whomever wants to listen.

He was very pleasant and professional. He was on time and he told me how long it would take and it took that amount of time.

Mike called and said he was on his way and arrived on time (About 10 min early). Explained to him what i wanted done and he explained to me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Mike was very professional and extremely efficient. When he was finished, the carpet looking brand new, smelled great and was completely dry within 40 minutes. All this was done on 1 Sep 2011 and I have waited this long to respond for a reason. After using several other carpet cleaning companies over the past 8 years, I have found that within a month of having the carpet cleaned, it was looking like it needed to be cleaned again. You could clearly see the traffic pattern and the dirt . After cleaning on my own, the dirt would again appear within a few days. Six (6) weeks after Mike and Heaven's cleaned my carpets and a good vacuuming, the carpet looks great. There was one smae area that looked dirty, but with a damp cloth, up it came. I FAR AS i AM CONCERNED, i WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY OTHER THAN 'HEAVEN'S BEST. Please, give then a try, you will be happy that you did.
