 + 0 moreThe estimator was punctual and very professional. On the day of service, Matt was also on time, professionally dressed , andpleasant.He cleaned the carpet first, and it looks great. The only reason I gave them a B on quality is that a couple of areas of grout didn't clean up as well as I'd expected. Minor thing. (I didn't say anything because he'd worked long, hard hours and deserved to go home!) The final charges were less than originally quoted. I wish we'd found the Dooleys and Heaven's Best years ago! If we weren't moving to another city, we'd for sure call them again. Thanks, Angie's List!

 + -1 moreThis company gets our highest rating. They were superb from start to finish. We found them on Angie's List, called and scheduled the pickup. Person on the phone was very pleasant and business like. They arrived on time, gave us the final estimate, and took the rugs. They told us the day and time they would return them to us.....and they were again right on time. Unfortunately, we were not. We forgot about the appointment and we were not at home. Again, they were very pleasant and rescheduled delivery for the next day. The product was just what we wanted--cleaned rugs. In short, they did a great job and we will use them again.
Description of Work: picked up, cleaned and returned two area rugs; 5x8 for $50 and a 3x10 for $32.65. total was 82.65 less 15% angies list discount...total was 75.96 after sales tax.

 + 0 moreWhen I called, got voicemail and left a message, they called me back the same day and gave me an estimate over the phone. They were able to set the appointment for our date and time of choice. They also called the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment time.On the date of the cleaning, the technician arrived promptly. He was a true professional - dress, appearance, manners and equipment. He did an overall assessment of the house then began. He vacuumed then entire house then began cleaning room by room. The entire job took approximately 6 hours. The technician worked diligently the entire time - I don't remember him taking any breaks - even for lunch. At the conclusion of the job he gave me an overall assessment of the carpeting and flooring and it was obvious he knows his business. The carpet was dry and could be walked on within an hour after he finished. We were very pleased with entire process and the final outcome. Heaven's best did it right the first time.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in our 2900 square foot house and cleaned the 150 square feet of tile & grout in the entry way, kitchen, powder room, master bath, utility room and breakfast room . The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in 8 years so it needed it badly.

Description of Work: Mike, one of the co-owners of Heaven's Best, contacted me shortly before the scheduled time of arrival to advise that he was stuck in traffic and apologized for any inconvenience it might cause. He arrived shortly after that call (approximately 15 minutes). After showing him the rooms where the carpets were to be cleaned and the couch that was to be cleaned, he gave me a price, which was approximately the same price that I had been quoted over the phone. Mike went to work and began vacuuming the carpets and the couch, which was in dire need of cleaning. He moved the light furniture that could be moved easily also. He then cleaned the couch very thoroughly and then did the living room carpet and the two bedroom carpets. He completed all of it within a two-hour period. It looks beautiful and I am so pleased with the work, the courteousness of Mike and the professionalism that he showed in doing his work. This is the second time that I have used Heaven'ts Best and I will continue to use them and recommend them to my friends.

 + -1 morewas very impressed that the gentleman arrived on time. He was very informative, and even saved me money. I never felt that he was pushy or rushing. I had terrible carpet and today it looks almost brand new. This is a fair company and very professional. I will call them back when needed.

He worked so h****** it and it looked so nice when he was finished, I couldn't bring myself to use the Angie's List coupon. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again in the future.

 + -1 moreThey were very prompt, accommodating and friendly in setting up the appointment with me. They arrived on time and conducted themselves in a very professional manner. I waited some time before completing this review because I have attempted to get the stains ( pet urine) removed from my carpet by other big name vendors before and found they cleaned up initially but returned after a month or so. It has beenover six months now and my carpet still looks great. I am not sure why their process is so much better, but they saved me around $2000.00 (the cost of replacing my carpeting). I would highly recommend Heavens Best Carpet cleaning to anyone.

 + -1 moreMatt arrived ahead of scheduled time and waited for me to invite him in. Came in and did an assessment of the carpet. He told me up front that there was a possibility that he would not be able to get all the pet stains and smell in one of the rooms out but would try. After discussing the stains he gave me a final cost and told me it would take about 2 hrs. After completing the cleaning about 10 minutes early we did a walk through and he told me what he had to do in the room with the pet stains. Could not believe that it was the same carpet. If you are looking for a company that provides customer service the way it used to be, from the first phone call until the job is completed, then you will find it at Heaven's Best Carpet.
Description of Work: Had the capet cleaned in 4 rooms, one of which had pet stains.

Description of Work: This is the third year that I have used Heaven's Best. We are putting our home on the market and the realtor suggested replacing the carpet throughout the home. The bedrooms definitely needed it but I knew the carpet in the main living areas was a very good quality carpet that would clean up well. I called Heaven's Best and once again, they exceeded my expections with their puntuality, professonional and service. If you didn't know better, you'd think we had new carpet. The traffic areas and other spots were removed and the carpet was brought back to life - even the stairs! A year ago we had them clean our tile/grout in our heavily used kitchen and dining area. I didn't know our grout could get that light. We have light cream time with light cream grout and after having the grout cleaned, it really lightened up kitchen.

 + 0 moreThe carpet (13 years old) was very dirty, and had bad stains left after a previous cleaning done by another provider. The upholstery (12 years old) had never been professionally cleaned. The results were incredible. Old stains, while not completely removed, were greatly lessened, and the ugly, dirty spots are completely gone. The carpet looks almost new. The upholstery does look new. The work was done using a dry process, allowing the carpet and upholstery to dry in just a couple of hours. I had moved furniture and vacuumed the carpet prior to Mike's arrival, but he said that that wasn't necessary, because they do that as part of the service. Both Mike and Matt were very professional, prompt and efficient. I heartily recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent work at a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, bath and 2 hallways worth of very dirty carpet, and cleaned a large upholstered love seat and rocker/recliner.

 + 1 moreI have used them before and would not consider going elsewhere. I have always recommended them to anyone who needs those services. I have been told by friends that their carpet cleaning is excellent as well (I have laminate floors). It only took me a couple of days to get on their schedule. I'm sure if there was a rush they would have done everything they could to accommodate me. They are right on time, very courteous, very professional, clean and extremely reasonable cost-wise for all the work they do. They make sure the job is done to your satisfaction. They were at my house for about 4 hours so did not rush through anything making sure it was all done right!
Description of Work: I had the tile and grout in my entryway, kitchen and breakfast area cleaned and sealed; the upholstery (large sofa with lots of pillows, 2 chairs, 8 dining room chairs) cleaned; and an oriental rug cleaned.

The reviews also mentioned that the carpets were actually dry in the timeframe that Heaven's Best quoted. That was less important than the chemical free cleaning products, but happily, it was also true. They were able to schedule me fairly quickly and arrived promptly at the appointed time. I was very happy with the prompt, courteous service and with the excellent job they did.

Description of Work: Short-term tenants left dog messes all over my living room/dinng room carpet. I cleaned what I could but it was a health hazard as we intended to move back into the house for a few months prior to putting it on the market. Since I couldn't get a new carpet for about 6 weeks, i checked Angie's List and found this company. While some of the worst stains are still apparent as I expected, Heaven's Best did an amazing job! He pre-treated all the stains then used a huge swirling brush style carpet cleaning machine and just cleaned it beautifully! It was awesome. So I also got him to estimate what cleaning my ceramic tile floors would cost (abput 3 rms for $400). I intend to have him soon to clean and buff my tile floors. Definitely will them from now on.
