THe owner did the cleaning himself and was very professional. He explained the process and was very thorough. Excellent job and will have them back to do my tile floors.

Matt arrived on time, looked at the job, began moving furniture. In about 45 minutes, he was through and headed out the door. We wrote the check and didn't even ask if they had a Angieslist discount, we were so pleased with his service. We got a callback to verify qualify satisfied us. This absolutely satisfied us.

I found Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning through Angie's List. The reviews were very good and they offered a discount. We decided to try them. We called and the receptionist was very professional and gave me a phone estimate. We immediately booked them within one week. The owner came to the home and took a look at the stains and said he could get the stains out and charged an additional $20. I knew about the extra charge and it was actually less than I thought it might be. He got to work right away vacuuming all of the floors and treating the stains. He continued the carpet cleaning process on both stories including the stairs. It took about 3 hours. He finished by raking the carpet and stated it would take about 1 hour to dry. 2 months later the carpets still look great and the stains did not return. We are very pleased with the service, professionalism and the quality of work. We would definitely use Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning again.

Used them as an alternative to Stanley. They were less expensive, but will go with Stanley. More flexible schedule and faster because they use multiple guys.

We had a wonderful experience with Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning and would definitely recommend them. They were punctual, professional, courteous, and did a great job (especially considering that our carpet was beyond filthy). We were very pleased and their pricing is reasonable as well.

Very well pleased, from initial phone call to make appointment through the explanation of the cleaning process, and the cleaning process itself. Mike (Matt's brother) did our job, and explained how their carpet cleaning process was different than that used by most other cleaners. It involves 1) vacuuming all the carpets / rugs, 2) spraying the carpet or rug with a citrus-based cleaning agent, then 3) running a rotary "floor polisher" equipped with a pad, over the carpet / rug. The pad picks up the cleaning agent and dirt, and is replaced frequently with a clean one. 4) Mike then "raked" the carpet to restore the nap. Drying time was amazingly quick. Since relatively little liquid was used, the carpets were dry in about an hour. The supposedly nontoxic cleaning agent left a mild citrus smell, as it dried. Mike offered to take our Oriental rug back to their location for cleaning, but we opted to have it cleaned in our house. That saved a trip, and allowed Mike to replace the furniture in its original location quickly. The cleaning process was good! Our carpet is a very light tan or sand color, and showed the high traffic areas as darker areas before cleaning. We also had some lighter areas caused by our "spot cleaning" them in the past. All those areas now approximate the color and texture of the rest of the carpet.

Excellent service--highly recommend. Matt arrived on time and asked me to show him around. I took him through the house showing him various stains while expressing my concern whether he could remove them. He said he was pretty sure he could get them all out (and he did!). We had stains ranging from humming bird feeder syrup to blood to rust and dogs stains. He made them all disappear. I asked him a few questions and he cheerfully explained the answers while educating me on how and why. When I requested the quote I failed to mention my two throw rugs. After he arrived, I asked about the large rugs and he offered a great price for both. DEAL! We will definitely request Matt now for our annual carpet cleaning needs.

The sealant he put down got all over our cabinets and one of the quarter rounds was damaged. We haven’t been able to get the sealant off of the appliances.

Matt arrived on time and was very clean and presentable. I pointed out a couple of places I was concerned about, and he got right to work. I was unfamiliar with the procedure that Heaven's Best uses. They don' t show up with steam cleaners, and they don't soak your carpets. It's an entirely different procedure altogether. Matt worked quickly and efficiently, and as promised, my carpets were dry in an hour. The furniture took until the next day to dry out. For me, the jury is still out on the effectiveness of the cleaning procedure. It did not completely remove the doggie-accident stain on my sofa; however, I had probably left it there too long, and maybe the stain had set. Still, the visibility of the stain was noticeably reduced by the time the sofa dried. The carpeting in my closet was more soiled than that in the rest of the house, and it did not come clean. A week after the cleaning was done, it looks pretty much like it did before I had it cleaned. Perhaps Heaven's Best didn't want to use extra chemicals because of my health problems, or maybe that level of soiling did not respond well to the procedure. These are small issues overall. What matters is that the job was done quickly, and for the most part, done well above average. Matt was obviously well-trained and experienced. This company is very well run, and they will go the extra mile for you.

He arrived 10 minutes early; work diligently & meticulously and behold, the carpet & recliner looked clean and the odor was once again pleasing to my olfactory sense.

Contacted Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaners, on Monday, to clean area where pet had bled. Earliest date they could come was on Friday, Received a call later and said they had a cancelation and could come out the very next day. Service arrived on time, and was very professional. He first vacuumed the entire carpet and then sprayed, paying close attention to all stains. He then proceeded to clean all the carpet ( whole house ). There was a pleasant citrus smell, no loud noise, and in the end, clean carpet! The carpet dried in about two hours. A few old stains remained, but very faint. He did explain that some of the older stains might not come out completely. Overall the carpet looked good, and I was very pleased.

They did a great job cleaning the carpet. The carpet I had was over 40 years old.

Telephoned company to schedule appointment, they were very pleasant on the phone. They said they would call back, and they did with an appointment that met my schedule needs. They showed up on time and finished the job, and the outcome was very good. Got rid of the stain, it has not returned.

Heaven's Best is always on time. He vacuums the entire house thoroughly before beginning the cleaning. He is very professional and does not waste any time. With two small dogs in the house, he has always been able to get the spots out.

Matt Dooley arrived right on time, reviewed what needed to be done with me, and started working. My carpet was not really dirty, but I did have a few places that needed to be treated as a result of accidents by one of my dogs. Matt was professional, efficient, and did a wonderful job. I could no longer see the spots from dog accidents. The carpet was dry completely in a couple of hours, and I was very pleased with the results. This provider uses a low-moisture cleaning system that is very effective and is dry in a much shorter time than other cleaning methods. I would definitely call them again to clean my carpet in the future.

Sent email from Angie's list. Was contacted very promptly by company. Scheduled service appointment, which was very quick. Serviceman arrived on time. Was very punctual. Very friendly and polite. Very proffesional. Performed work quickly did a fantastic job. Furniture lookds good as new.

It was just one man who came to clean my carpets. He was on-time and very pleasant. I showed him the rooms that I wanted to clean, and after that I left him alone to do his job, which took no more than 2 hours for 5 rooms and a staircase. I didn't have any major problem areas for him to address, but after he was done I was very pleased with the end result. My carpets looked brand new. I would use them next time I need any carpet cleaning.
