Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning - San Antonio

He arrived on time and introduced himself with his business card. I do not live in the house in question, so I left him to it. 2-12/ hours later he was done, and except for the 2 stains that could not be removed the carpets looked great. I've had others that remain wet for days, and Heaven's Best was true to their claim of being dry in an hour!

WOW! Our carpets look brand new as having 2 young boys we had plenty of dirt and trouble spots that we swore we'd never get out and were even considering flooring alternatives. Now, they not only look brand new but we can get at least 3-5 more years out of the carpet. They were very professional, early for their appointment, very fair price wise and followed up after the visit. First rate, will highly recommend and will call them again for another cleaning. Matt rocks!

This is the second time I have used Heaven's Best and as before Matt was punctual, personable and very professional. Set-up, job and clean-up took only 1 hour.

Showed up on time. Performed work within 2 Hours Employee was professional. Not trying to promote or sale other services. Would hire this company again if needing to use this service. Also provided tips regarding carpet care for Pet Stains and how to clean grout between your tiles I inquired about.

Heaven's Best performed a near miracle as far as we are concerned. We thought the home we recently purchased would need new carpet immediately. Turns out it doesn't. They did an excellent job of removing stains we thought wouldn't come out. They were courteous, kind and helpful. We will definitely use them on the annual cleaning and would recommend to anyone. Prioce was very competitive.

Communications with Christie and Matt went very well. Christie was very friendly in setting up the appointments for a free estimate and the date to do the work. Matt arrived right on time for both appointments. He was very neat and professional during both visits. My husband and I moved the items from the rooms the night before so it took Matt about an hour to do the work. The carpets were cleaned to our satisfaction. We will recommend them to our friends and will use Heaven's Best in the future.

Arriving earlier than scheduled (after confirming with me) Matt and his assistant did an AWESOME job renewing my carpets! They vacuumed, cleaned the carpets and removed stains. Carpets dried quickly and smelled so clean! They were both very pleasant and professional and coordinated well with the housekeepers that were here at the same time (even provided them with shoe covers). I will definitely use them again. Fantastic. As before, on time, courteous, professional service. In and out without delay. Carpets and furniture look fantastic (2 boys under 6 and 2 dogs can be messy).

Matt and his assistant showed up on time , vacuumed the carpets, and thoroughly cleaned all the carpets. All the stains were removed. The carpets looked clean and smelled great. They were dried in less than an hour.

Mr. Dooley was scheduled to come at 2 pm but was able to arrive earlier (12:30 pm) which really worked best for me. His change in arrival time was pre-empted with a phone call (about 11:45 am) from his office to make the request & confirm my approval. He was there at exactly 12:30 to introduce himself with a handshake & begin bringing in his equipment. He first vacuumed the entire area to be cleaned, sprayed his 'special solution' which is water-based with a pleasant citrus scent. They "use a machine that runs at about 185 rpms, which allows us to agitate the carpet fibers and do a gentle but thorough cleaning. We finish with a complete grooming of the carpet, leaving you with a clean, fresh carpet that will be dry in about one-hour." All of this is true! I also requested he follow up with a protectorate. He was finished in an hour. I inquired while he was there about cleaning the 'entrance' into two additional bedrooms, which he did & included it in his cost. I used my 'Angie's List' coupon. My price reflects the discount. When he was leaving, I thanked him for servicing the New Braunfels area. Mr. Dooley is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He clearly explained his process and welcomed all of my questions. I received a follow-up call from his office to see if I was satisfied. I of course said 'yes' and requested a reminder postcard in May 2014 to schedule a June appointment. :))

They were great! They came when they said they would. The guy was very helpful. They gave me a quote on the phone. He came and took the carpets and brought them back promptly. I would use them again.

If only all business transactions were so enjoyable! Everyone I spoke to was courteous and pleasant. Matt and Shawn did the cleaning. They were completely professional and pleasant. I am amazed at how good my carpet looks after the cleaning.

I got a quote over the phone for cleaning the sofa ($110 before Angie's List discount) which was great, so we set the appointment. Matt arrived on time. He cleaned the sofa. The sofa looked and smelled so good that I asked for a quote on the rug and also for the stairs. The price was more than reasonable, so I had Matt clean those as well. Very professional. The place smelled great for many days from the cleaning. I was worried that the doggy smells would return after everything was completely dry, but the doggy odors did not return. It still smells great in here. This was the best investment I've made in a long time! Will definitely be using them again! Thanks Heaven's Best, and thanks Angie's List!

Matthew Dooley came to our home. He was prompt and very courteous. He could not move our bed to clean due to its size and weight; but did his very best to clean under the bed (k/size sleigh bed with adjustable framing). I also needed the (2) area rugs cleaned and was advised he would have to take them to his office to clean them and let them dry. Those rugs were returned in 7 days as was advised in our first conversation.

Matt arrived on time, introduced himself, and went to work cleaning the carpet. He was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process. I would definitely use them again.

I dropped a full cup of coffee with cream on the carpeted stairs and after using the wet vac I saw it had stained. I have cleaned my carpets using the rental machine but decided to search for a company on Angie's List. Found Heaven's Best not only had great reviews but would come to my area. On my appointment day the company called and said Matt could be here about 30 minutes early and was it OK. Coming earlier was fine, but I loved the fact he did not just show up. After I showed him the areas to clean, Matt went to work vacuuming and then cleaning. The carpets look beautiful! The coffee stain was gone from the stairs as well as some smaller stains I did not even point out. Matt was very professional and wasted no time getting the work done. Even got a all back a day or two later asking if everything was OK. What great customer service. Would highly recommend this company.

There was a stain at the entry to the master bedroom which I don't know where it came from. We moved into the house 2 months ago. The carpet is a frizze and it looked pretty rough. I know the carpet was at least 7 1/2 years old. So I thought about replacing it. But we decided to clean it and see how it looked. It really does look pretty good. He did a great job in overall cleaning and restoring its fresh look.

I've used Heaven's Best several times before and have always been pleased with their excellent service. This time was no different. They arrived exactly on time, handled everything I asked them to do, and did a fine job. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned. Truly an excellent company.

On the day of the appointment, Matt arrived about 10 minutes early, wore protective booties on his shoes so as to not bring in outside dirt and began the process of cleaning the carpets. I showed him what areas needed the most focus and he was in and out within 45 minutes. The carpets which were a few years overdue for a cleaning now look new. Matt indicated that the carpets would be dry in an hour and they were. The cleaning compound is also pet safe. This is definitely a company I would feel comfortable recommending to anyone and I would certainly use them again for this service.
