Arnold was fantastic. He was extremely thorough and walked me through the ins and outs of the property. I felt that he was looking out for my best interest. Arnold was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services!

Arnold provided exceptional service. He walked through our house and explained everything he saw and what was needed to be done to correct it. He also made recommendations of items to further research. He provided a very detailed report with pictures of all issues and was available for further discussion as needed after the report was completed. We had the report the same evening as the day the inspection was done. I would definitely hire him again.

Shea was responsive with scheduling, Arnold was on time and courteous. He took time to inspect the property top to bottom. Literally. At one point we were on the roof together and he was showing me some areas of concern with the roof covering and slope. At another property we both crawled under the house so he could show me previous repairs to the pier and beam foundation and support joists. He always takes the time to answer any and all questions, and provides a detailed report in a timely manner. I personally like to be present at all my property inspections, not everybody is as hands on as I am. I completely trust Hawkeye Inspections to give the an unbiased report to help me make the best possible decision when he comes to negotiating the purchase of a home. They've done 5 inspections for us so far, and without a doubt, they'll be hired to complete the next 5.

It went fabulous overall. The first house he inspected for us, he went through everything with us and helped us understand everything he was looking for the second inspection we weren't able to attend but his report was so detailed we felt very informed.

The insepection was scheduled at 3:30pm CST and he showed up early and got right to work on inspecting the house. He was very friendly and professional. As a first time home buyer I didn't understand a lot of terms but he was able to explain everything so I could understand. He also took pictures of things that needed to be addressed or fixed. The next morning I received an email of the detail report that included pictures and the elevation survey diagram. It also included a maintenance advice section for after purchasing the home. His price was very reasonable and also very thorough. I would use him again for the next home inspection I need.
