Mr. Hawthorn and his crew did an outstanding job! They faced and overcame some unexpected challenges in removing the posts from the old fence. They worked very hard long days in 100 plus degrees to get the job done quickly and beautifully. Mr. Hawthorn was on the job site most of the time overseeing his crew. They addressed all of our concerns, communicated well and thoroughly cleaned up the job site before leaving. We are enjoying our new beautiful fence and wish we had replace the old ugly gray one sooner. Our dogs can't escape anymore through the rickety broken boards. The poochies do enjoy a wonderful doggy window in the fence that Mark custom designed and installed. We highly recommend this contractor!

The owner, Mark Hathorn, was very involved thru the quoting and construction process. He was on site every day for a week and did an excellent job of keeping us informed about the process and any issues or delays. I had several companies quote and he was the only one that bothered to follow up with a call a few days later to see if I had questions or would like to further discuss. His pricing was the most competitive, but he was also the gentleman my wife and I felt most comfortable with. Mark made several suggestions we implemented to enhance the look and quality of our fence. He also offered to purchase the stain we chose thru his supplier which saved me $50 per 5 gallon can. Our fence is 400 linear feet and we live is a very rocky part of San Antonio. It was no easy process, but Mark and his team worked long hours to get it completed. We have already recommended Mark to several people as a great choice to complete their fencing project. TonyB
