Sentence maximum release date 19 Nov. 2015. However he could be granted parole as soon as 19 Nov. 2014. *****AVISO...WARNING***** Don't let this convicted FELON, in your home...!!! His Texas Department of Licensing, residential apprentice license has been permanently "REVOKED"...! These statements can all be verified through Texas State Public Safety Records. Description of Work: The electrician MICHAEL EDUARDO HERNANDEZ, DOB: 04 Oct. 1970: was to install two ceiling fans and a flat screen television wall bracket. Previously he had changed all the electrical outlets and light switches, also installed a new circuit breaker panel. This time he only installed one ceiling fan and come to find out he didn't use a safety brace mount. Furthermore he had promised to install a 4-way plug outlet for the T.V. wall mount and install 3 flood lights over the kitchen counter... HE NEVER DID ANY OF IT! It was just empty promises. He never returned to finish the job. He never contacted me by phone and would not return any of my phone call messages. He cashed my personal check and took the cash I had paid him in advance. HERNANDEZ, was the person that recommended Eli Eliseo Garcia, the owner of North American Interiors, LLC. to do the interior remodeling of my home and to put a new roof on it. It was on his recommendation that I trusted, I was extremely mislead! Please read my report on North American Interiors. These two businesses allegedly worked together scamming me! This mistake has cost me thousands of dollars and has wasted hundreds of hours trying to resolve this matter!
