The job was 10 out of 10. Joseluis arrived early and stayed until the job was done, exceeding my expectations on quality and speed. Before the job, Joseluis & Candy provided a professional quote which was in line with industry norms; however much quicker than expected. Guys Unlimited 4 Rent provided quality service which is reflected in the numerous positive reviews my wife and I read through. Joseluis & Candy were extremely patient with our delayed schedule (which was on our part) and agreed to move forward with our original quoted rate even though it was nearly 3 months after the initial visit. Genuine thanks and appreciation to Guys Unlimited 4 Rent, we will certainly be calling for other jobs. A+

Needed to have some repairs done due to a busted water pipe in the attic. Joseluis responded quickly to my request for a quote, and gave me a very fair and reasonable price. Jimmy and his brother showed up right on time as scheduled to compete all the repairs. Everything I asked for was done in a timely and professional manner. The guys did a superb job, got it all done in one day, then cleaned up the areas thoroughly before leaving. I will definitely be hiring them again for my many home projects!

They did a amazing job on our patio. They got it done very quickly and did a fantastic job. When I need something else done they will be the only people I will use. They treat you like family!

We hired GuysUnlimited4Rent they we on time and professional. They came and finished all the tile of my living room and kitchen. Had drywall redone, corrected texture, painted all of interior of my home. Did a total remodel in my master bathroom which is fabulous. They also repainted the exterior of my home, power washed. I had my kitchen cabinets replaced and they added granite countertops. I had so much work done. They were affordable, honest and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get work done. I had no issues with them: I am very happy with all the work. I have other work I need done I will definitely hire them again. My house looks great

Guy who came out to give me an estimate knew very little English. Big waste of time. Owner then said he would send a “worker” out to give me an estimate. Very unprofessional.

Really well. Guys limited we’re very professional and performed all work, finishing and cleanup with skill and care....as if our home was their home. Laying the floor tile required expert cutting and fitting because our hallway went around a corner. We had a grand piano delivered in the middle of laying the flooring. Guys Limited was aware of the schedule and made sure the work in that area was completely finished in time for the piano’s arrival. We really appreciated this. They came to do work when they said they would. The house where they did work looks beautiful.

I had a very good experience with Guys Unlimited 4 Rent. I contacted the owner, Joseluis, about fixing a hole in my roofline (soffit) where squirrels were getting into the attic, and about doing some other miscellaneous repair work in the house. We set up an appointment for him to come by and give me a bid on the work, and I’m pleased to say that he showed up at exactly the time we agreed on. Joseluis was friendly and professional, and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. Therefore, I decided to use his services and we set an appointment for the repairs for the following week. Joseluis and his assistant Jimmy showed up at the appointed time and did excellent work. They fixed the hole in the roofline such that you can’t tell that it was ever there, and in a way that is better than I could have expected. The other work was done with equal diligence and quality. It took them about five hours to complete all of the work. They were never hurried, and were more concerned with doing high-quality work than hurrying-off to the next job. Based on my experience, I enthusiastically recommend this company.

This was the second time Mr JoseLuiz did a job for me. He was highly recommended to me by my family physician. I'm in the process of slowly getting my home in shape to be sold. About a month ago Mr JoseLuiz repaired one bedroom and this job he did another. He showed up when he said would and completed both jobs in one day doing an excellent job. He cleaned up all the areas he worked in. I'm planning on letting him do the remainder of the house in a few weeks. I definitely will be using him again. He is a general contractor and can do most anything. Drywall repair and texturing is the only service he did for me today.

We hired someone that was referred to us by a local business and they left the job incomplete. Jose responded to my call in record time and started right away. He finished the job with quality work and ahead of schedule. Very pleased with his quality and professionalism. Pleasant personality and kind person. We will be using him again for our other projects.

Jose was a pleasure to work with. He came by to look at the work needed and I had a estimate the next day. Once the work started he was here every day on time until it was finished. He was able to save a large area of tile that was popping up and reinstalled it without damaging the tile. He did a large array of work drywall repair, electrical, painting, fence repair, outside trim, and several other things. We are prepping the house to sell Jose was very conscious of what needed to be done and only spent the money that had to be spent. I would highly recommend him to anyone with needed repairs. He was extremely fair on pricing and did excellent work. We will use him in the future without question.
