The first project was repairing a fence that had fallen down, and screwing in the pickets. They had originally been nailed to the posts, which is not the proper method. The second project consisted of diagnosing and repairing a plumbing leak, as well as installing a new dishwasher. In addition, Joseluis and his helper Jimmy cleaned up the site and adjusted the cabinets and trim. The third project was another fence repair, involving removing posts and anchoring them with concrete, then re-installing the pickets, about 24 linear feet. The last project, finished on August 14, involved sheetrock repairs, caulking, and painting. All four sets of tenants were happy with the work, as am I. Joseluis is a professional who takes pride in his work and guarantees satisfaction. I am very pleased that I found him on Angie's List and highly recommend him and his crew. I will call on him again in the future.

Excellent. First such late notice the night before we had guest but because of our previous using of him, he came first thing the next morning before his next job to save the day. Even though originally i thought it was a minor fix. When it turned out the thing had been striped and back washer ruined, he went to the store to get an entire new kit and replaced it without adding to the original estimate. He showed us what ours looked like and bc if his caring spirit he replaced it instead of putting a bandage on it like someone did before thus it breaking again. He's so awesome this is our second time (first 3 weeks of master bathroom remodel and various things). He's on time and a true gentleman always treats and greets you as family. I know He's part of ours. We love him, when you've gone through plenty and have paid for their mistakes, you know when you've found the right one, and we have, like love at first sight.

Joseluis, The owner came to our home and gave us detailed options on services he could provide and an estimate. He return as scheduled at the set time of the appointment. Joseluis and Jimmy (helper) went to work right away and finish in less time then we anticipated with a job well done. When they left only satisfied customers remained ....No fuss...No mess ..even shaking out the front door mat. They WILL BE doing more work in our home. We HIGHLY recommend Guys Unlimited 4 Rent

The work exceeded our expectations. Numerous small and large cracks and dry wall seam "push-outs" had to be repaired in 5 rooms. Two of the rooms had walls 16 feet high. The repair and painting left the walls in like new condition. We couldn't be happier with the results. The price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly, helpful and neat. Each day the area was cleaned up the best it could be until the following day. We would, and already have, recommended Guys Unlimited 4 Rent and will not hesitate to continue recommending them for their excellent work at a fair price.

Jose and his team were an absolute joy to work with. They were professional, punctual, patient and detailed. Everything from the designs, redesigns, planning, coordination, communication, actual execution of the project and follow-up were exemplary. 1. The built-ins turned our phenomenal. The exceeded our expectation in every way. 2. The bathroom make-over was great too. The highlight, of course, was the custom cut granite top with beautiful under-mount sinks. 3. The drywall repair was done very well. Although not perfect (that's hard), you cant tell there was a repair done. Great work. Overall, an A+++, because of the professionalism, quality and timeliness. I highly recommend him and his team with confidence.

They were very uprfont about all of the associated costs and also were very attentive to what I wanted done with this project. It was very easy to communicate with them and they were always timely with text updates. The quality of the work was also very high.

He was a very nice guy but for what I was looking for was someone who knew exactly what I wanted. His English wasn't the best and it was hard to get my point across. He also tried to talk me out of what I wanted to do with my deck design where other estimators did exactly what I wanted at a lower price.

I contacted Guys Unlimited 4 Rent and Jose Luis came by and did a free estimate of a kitchen tile job. He gave me a few suggestions as far as design because honestly, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. The space we needed to fill was awkwardly small, stores no longer sold the tile we have on our floor, and I wasn't sure I could come up with a good complimentary color to our cabinets and flooring. Once I received the estimate, I thought I'd give them a go. Jose Luis told me where he goes to get his tile and set me up with a guy who helped me pick something I liked and that looked good with both our cabinetry and flooring. I was able to take several samples home before I made a decision. Once I picked my tile, he went to work. After discussing some of our ideas, Jose Luis did a beautiful design, which required quite a bit of tile cutting. He cut all the pieces first, then laid them down. Upon completion, there was 1 portion of the tiling that I wasn't 100% satisfied with. He happily redid the tile because I wasn't totally satisfied and made sure I was happy with his craftsmanship. The job took roughly 2 days. It was a dirty, dusty job - but it was worth it. A big bonus was that he worked with my schedule and came on a Saturday and Sunday, which was a definitely plus in my book! Guys Unlimited 4 Rent is courteous, professional, thorough, creative, reasonably priced, and experienced. Other jobs like this that I need done - these are my guys.
