Juvenile rat ran across my foot in my kitchen. Guaranteed came out, and no live rats or mice seen since, only dead ones, which they removed.

At first, they put bait out to determine if we had squirrels or rats. We ended up having a raccoon in the attic. They came back four times and sealed up all access spots. Very thorough and friendly.

Everyone has been very good to work with. They have done what they said they would do. Great communication. So far, they have relocated two ringtails and a skunk.

Price was very high compared to the effort they expended, but they did get rid of the pest or pests.

I think it takes a while to be sure you got rid of rodents, and it seems that the company did the job right.

Very professional and courteous. Also very expensive (but all of the companies I contacted were in the same price range.). At the end of the day, it was worth the money to get rid of the critter in the attic. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again. Just be aware that you’re talking about a major amount of money.

These guys really know their rodents! We had a problem with bats under our porch, and they came out and made a "bat exit" so the bats could fly out, but not get back in. Then they sealed up our house, top to bottom, with a one year warranty on keeping rodents out. Wow, I was so impressed! Now my dog has her yard back, and no more bats swooping over my head while I try to pull weeds!! Thanks, guys, I know who to call!! You are my new Bat-Men!!
