Rating is lower because I received the request to rate the company, and they have just really started the work. They are attempting to get rid of roof rats, and possible squirrels. 1. Appointment was set for late afternoon. However, he was able to come about an hour early. That was a plus for me. 2. Jeff, the owner was the person who came to do the inspection. He seems to be pretty knowledgeable about the work he does. Gave me some good pointers, very professional. Easy to speak with. Explained his process well for getting rid of the problem. 3. Price he quoted for getting rid of the rodents, and sealing up the house was just over $1,800. My house is over 4000 square feet. 4. I would defiantly compare prices with others. I got quotes that were higher, but I've also heard quotes a lot lower. GRRS guarantees their service, and if you have rodent issues after it's done, they come back for no extra charge. 5. The reason I think the price may be a bit high. Well, it doesn't seem like a lot is done for the money you spend. I think what you're spending the money for is peace of mind. Knowing you have a rodent issue, and knowing that your rodent problem is getting taken care of. When I say not much is done for the money, what I mean is, it only took him about 5 to 10min to set things up. They come back over time to check the bait, reset, and then eventually seal the house. Sealing the house may take some time, I don't know yet as it hasn't been done. However, I went to Home Depot and found that the material he will be using to seal the small entrance points, really isn't that much. But on the other hand, I know I don't want to be on the roof doing it, so you have to say is it worth it for you. 6. Without having the job completed yet. I will say that so far Jeff runs a pretty good business, he is professional, knows his stuff, and made me feel comfortable about spending the money (again, I did hear much lower quotes, but not sure you'll get the same service and guarantee, you have to do the comparing to find out. I'll do an update when the whole job is complete. Since he's put out the bait, I've still heard a few critters, but it hasn't been a full week yet, have to give it some time.
