I think they are professional and effective. My problem was a little more costly than I expected but worth it. I have already referred this company to others. One of my referrals did use Guaranteed to get rid of their rodent problem. One of the best things I like about this company is that they are determined to help you eliminate the rodent problem.

Whereas it took over 3 weeks to do the treatment, Guaranteed Rodent was very through. My Wife and I were advised what had to be done and why, and listened to our questions. The technician was very professional and completed the necessary work in a timely manner, showing photos and what had transpired why treatments were applied, and assured us that the chemicals used would not harm our animals ( Dogs and Cats ). Having worked in the Public Service Arena, I know how important it is to arrive on time, ready to perform the work. Since all the new construction in the area over the last few years , we have had a very bad vermin problem.

Wonderful customer service. I was in a panic because a momma squirrel was chewing my siding to get to her baby. Nate was there bright and early the next morning. He did a thorough search and gave my husband advice. We haven't seen the squirrelshow since. They will be my first call any time we have critters.

These guys were very professional. The work was done quickly and they explained everything they were doing. Everyone showed up on time or called if they were running behind. Would definitely recommend them.

Not the cheapest, but the best work quality and customer service you could imagine from this husband/wife team.

A little expensive, but worth getting rid of the rats and squirrels.

An awesome team! Explained everything thoroughly to my Husband and I. It was exactly what I was looking for. Jeff (owner) has a plan in place. He assess the situation, sets traps, checks traps, seals all possible entries around house and roof, cleans up traps and rodent feces, and sterilizes and disinfects attic with safe chemical! All within 3 weeks. Bam! Clean and rid of pests just like that! Worry free. Plus comes with 1 year warranty, any pest and sealing all year long. Pricing was beyond reasonable compared to other specialists. The entire team makes you feel at ease and they are all very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and concerns. Owner seemed to be very knowledgeable and explained to our satisfaction the problem, in detail, what they were going to do to correct it, what the cost would be, and how long it would take to complete. For us, a pleasant solution to an unpleasant problem.

better, cleaner job than what I had seen on existing jobs . when they block the rodents out with the metal, it is smaller and better looking than big sheets of aluminum screwed to the fascia/and under eaves.

Nate and his crew seemed very knowledgeable in the problem areas we were experiencing. I would highly recommend this company, the process and repair work being done was not cheap but felt it was worth the money spent to eliminate our problems.
