GREEN GRASS INC

My primary objective in hiring this company was to have a nice, weed-free lawn. Our lawn was being overtaken by weeds and I specifically mentioned this as an objective in hiring the company. The representative stated that it wouldn't be a problem and that they would turn our lawn into a "showcase lawn" for their company. It has been nine months and we still have a significant weed problem and the mowing is very average. At times the mowers use their large mowers and leave huge tracks through our back yard, even though I've told them I want them to push mow (there's a fairly steep hill). I have contacted the representative numerous times about this problem and have yet to receive satisfaction. The service is definitely not worth the money spent and has not been responsive to my concerns.

Green grass was able to start on the project within 3 weeks, which was a quick turnaround for this time of year. They completed the bulk of the job within a reasonable time, however they didn't pass the first city inspection due to the water pressure. After a regulator was installed they had to come back to switch out the rain gage with the weather station which I had requested. All works well now, with the exception of our drip-line zone, which makes a loud water-hammer noise when it comes on. I had talked to their manager twice and was told that he would be out the next day and that nobody needed to be home to do the work. It has now been three weeks since my last conversation and the work is yet to be done. The biggest reason that I would not recommend this company to another person at this point, is that they have, on several occasions, said that something would be taken care of and then have not followed through without giving me a call to explain the reason.

They were excellent, as I never had any problems with them at all. The grass grew in perfectly no lines or anything. The service providers really knew what they were doing and they had the grass done in no time flat. I really liked working with them they are a great company.
