 + -1 moreDrew did a tune-up on my A/C, which wasn't cooling well. He was courteous enough to show me a maintenance item that I needed to keep up with, and to explain why it was necessary, so that I would remember to do it. He's very thorough and conscientious about his work, and really went the extra mile. He's honest and nice to boot. I ended up hiring him for another job not related to the A/C: building a privacy fence for me. (Drew is a proficient handyman as well.) The fence is gorgeous and very well made. Trees in the way artfully weave through the fence perfectly. I'm very happy with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship. This wasn't just an ordinary wood fence. I would definitely recommend him to friends, and I have.
Description of Work: 1) A/C service and tune-up. It wasn't cooling and was shutting off periodically also. This was 75.00. 2) Built privacy fence. Removed old wire fencing. Built new fence around some trees that were on the fence line. Including 8" cedar fence boards, posts and holes, and other materials, this job was $3,000 and took several days to do. He also hauled away the previous wire fencing and cleaned the yard of debris.
