+ 0 moreBecause GLF installed the hardwood so well downstairs, we decided to get them to hardwood our stairway, upstairs landing, hallway, and two bedrooms. Then, we had them finish the house by installing hardwood in our master bedroom. We actually had GLF do three jobs - so we were repeat customers. This company is young and has high professional standards. The are a refreshing change from previous contractor experiences. GLF showed up on time - if they would be late, they would call ahead. We could actually plan our own schedule. Never did we hear: we'll be there sometime between 12-5. They clean up their work every day and got things lined up for the next day's work. They carry off all the debris and leaving nothing for the homeowner to clean up. And best of all, they know what they are doing! They take great pride in making the floor installation PERFECT THE FIRST TIME! They do not take short-cuts. If they have a delay, they don't stop short of making it right!
Description of Work: We needed to replace water damaged carpet (downstairs) and chose from another company. GLF gave us the best estimate and came with the recommendation of our neighbors. That's where it all started. They finished the downstairs and we saw how great it looked. Then we scheduled them to do our upstairs, and finally our master bedroom. All turned out great-definitely would have this company back for more work if I had any carpet left, but now the score is hardwood 100, carpet 0.
