+ -1 moreDan is very thorough, communicates well, takes time to make sure his customer understands everything and is very responsive, courteous and professional. I highly recommend him for your home inspecrion needs.
Description of Work: Dan inspected a house we were under contract to buy. That purchase did not go through, so when we found another house we opted to buy, we hired Dan again as our home inspector.

+ -1 moreHe spent a couple of hours at my home and email me back his report with photos of the areas that needed to be fixed. Great job.
Description of Work: Dan inspected my roof after I had a new roof installed. He did a through inspection and provided me with photos of a few items that the roofing company had to fix. I would recommend that anybody that has a new roof put on call Dan to make sure it was put on right.
