The only reason for not granting a full 5 rating across the board was due to clean up not being up to the high standards demonstrated on every other aspect of the job.

Granado Roofing did a great job in handling a list of items that needed to be completed in a short amount of time before we moved into our new home. Robert did a superb job evaluating what really needed to be done based on the inspection report, estimating the costs, communicating with his team (including his father), and following up to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Granado Roofing was on time, very professional, careful with the house, and did excellent quality and efficient work. I am very pleased and will be hiring this family business in the future for anything else that we may need. I'd highly recommend these guys.

We hired Granado Roofing to assist in a siding job by removing concrete tiles from all edges and in making repairs to sagging corners. All work was done efficiently and in coordination with the siding contractors to get it done quickly and to avoid rain damage. We can recommend this company highly.

There was not a meeting of the minds when it came to what was to be accomplished. I paid extra to have my back yard cleaned in conjunction with my gutters being cleaned. I assume that the gutters were cleaned since I am not able to climb but the yard was not cleaned as I had expected,

The father/son team were very helpful in explaining the repair needed and how they would make the repair. They are both very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to take some brush I had in the yard. Talk about service above and beyond. The cost of the repair was very fair, considering the work involved. I would feel very comfortable hiring them again to do other related projects.
