+ -1 moreThe initial work was excellent, and the initial experience was very positive. However, when I needed to reach the vendor to make some follow up adjustments, they were non-responsive. Over a period of several months, I was never able to reach them.
Description of Work: The whole house was re-keyed and new locks were provided.
