Can be pricy for new installs, but the service after is worth every penny. William has been amazing every time I've called.

Michael came to my home to perform a routine check on my AC system. He was very professional, arrived as expected, and was very knowledgeable about my AC system. On my Goettle app, it stated a sensor not detected. Michael troubleshooted the issue and found batteries times 8 needed replaced. I did not have that many on hand so Michael called Goettl and arranged for another tech to return this Friday to replace all batteries. Everything else checked out fine. Once again, Goettle helped me with an issue very expeditiously. Michael couldnâ  t have been nicer!! Thanks again. A very satisfied customer. Kim Snyder

Jake, Mark, Marcos, and Manny G. replaced our old AC system and duct work, and did it in one day! They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and were so polite! They explained everything that was done, with only a few items that are still pending. It gives us great peace of mind to know that Goettl does their own quality inspection and has the city inspect as well. So far, we are happy and cool!

The service technician, Billy, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was installing new sensors in both my furnaces and water heaters. He explained to me how to get the app so I could monitor the system the same way they will be reviewing them in order to keep my systems up and running at an optimal level. He also covered options to help reduce my electrical cost after climbing in my attic, and inspecting my ductwork. Overall, it was very pleasant experience. Not always the case with HVAC guys, especially when they are constantly trying to sell you a new unit. This was not the case today.

When servicing plumbing, technician accidentally turned off gas instead of water. He did not notify us, nor did he re-light the water heater pilot light. Gas fumes collected in the water heater closet for days, WHICH PUT OUR 4 CHILDREN (and us) IN IMMEDIATE DANGER. Goettl's response was "oops, sorry." Shame on them.

Peter is awesome! He has great social skills, which made me more comfortable with him in my home. He was very patient and took his time to explain everything. I really appreciate his help!

Eric Gutierez and David installed new pipe to my sewer main... They were excellent workers, did a great job today. They were both polite, had good work ethic, cleaned ip after they finished their job... I am so happy that I chose Goettl Air-Conditioning and Plumbing to do this job. I will call them with all my plumbing needs.

Grossly overcharged, they run a two man attack on the customer. Technician will tell you have a horrible problem, puts you on the phone with a salesman who will try an get every cent he can. I'm a senior citizen, retired first responder. I am so sorry I called these people. Found out I could have got the same replacement of my A/C, heating system for half of what I paid. They screwed me for about 9k. Don't hire these people, don't make the same mistake I made

Joe Gutià ©rrez was a little late but when he got there he was thorough in his process and troubleshooting. I had a water softener problem. He performed tests on my water by finding out what was in it and how hard it was. He took pictures of other issues i had going on. He explained to me what was going on in each picture and what was causing it. He was thourough assesment and made a recommendation that best fit my needs. Overall the experience was good.

I'll call them again if I ever need a plumber.
