They tore down my fence to get the unit into the back yard. Took over a month to get them back out there to put it back up. Then a month and a half later the brand new unit went out. Took a week to get them out to fix it. 6 months later it went out again. Took another week to get them out to fix it. Tha a modulated it went out for the 3rd time. They came out and fixed it and then a couple of years went by and they came out for a tuneup. Then 2 days prior to them coming out, it quit again. I turned all power to it off. Waited about an hour and it came back on. They came out and inspected it. Said everything looks good so I asked about quitting. He said it needed a hard start kit. The price he quoted was $900 and change. Then I call to let them know that pretty much everyday it stops working for an hour or so then comes back on. So I asked again how much it would cost to get this hard start kit installed and the time it was $500 and change. So I gather up the info off the unit. Go to their site the most expensive one was less than $100. It had 2 wires to connect and about 30 minutes of taking the panel off, hooking up the 2 wires and then putting the panel back on. I asked them to justify the quote that they gay me and of course they have not gotten back with me. Never every use this company.

I called Goettle as my water softener needed salt added. I was told no one could tell me over the phone how much salt to add and what kind. I would have to have a technician come to my home. Nathan came and used 2 bags of salt pellets. So to put 2 bags into the bin cost me 149.00 I could have gone to Walmart and bought 2 bags and put the salt in myself for a lot less money! I call this gouging the customer. Nathan was very professional and courteous. But I was gouged. No two ways about it. And I belong to the service club and still was definitely overcharged!!

Daniel and Roy represented the company well. They worked so hard all day and had outstanding customer service, willing to answer my questions even while they were busy, kept me informed, attention to detail and were just some really great guys.

Sam came to our house to take a look at an AC unit we had been having problems with for awhile. We knew we would probably have to replace it as it was 30 years old. We felt he was very honest and knowledgeable about what we needed to buy and do to get better air flow in a 60 year old house. He also came to our house in the evening and was there until after 8:30pm making sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. He was very patient and thorough. Goettl was able to get him to us within hours of calling and will replace the system a day and a half of calling.

William, our technician, came out to the house and worked very carefully on our air conditioner. He gave us several possibilities. He flushed the line. He told us what to do to take care of our AC. Highly recommend this service.

I asked for a repairman. He found no problem and immediately became a salesman. I will never use this company again and fell like I was taken for a ride. I want nothing further to do with this company and I sure do not want to pay monthly for something I will never use again.

Service tech Billy McDermott was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and addressed the issue quickly and made sure it was done right. Goettl should be very proud that they have him on their team. In fact, Goettl should consider him for a supervisor or manager position so he can train others on how to do things the "right way".

The AC system evaluation performed by Carlos Zapien and recommendations for replacement was excellent. Customer relations was superior The actual system replacement was performed by Gabe, Jason and Joseph was awesome. The technicians were very qualified and professional. I would highly recommend the Goettl company.

Had Goettl come out and check my a/c system. Mich to my surprise, we found leaks in the children with mold and problems with the condenser. Decided to replace the system. From the first person or (George) to the installers who were here the next day (Jesse and Roy), everyone was not only friendly and professional but they took their time and made us feel surprise. I highly recommend Goettl.

Daniel and Billy did an outstanding job on my HVAC that had been improperly installed by another company. That cared for my home as if it was there own. I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. Iâ ll be calling them again for all my HVAC issues.
