+ -1 moreAll fixed with the same day call. Very nice tech. Very informative. Job done in less that 30 minutes and is covered under our service contract. No extra charge.
Description of Work: A power outage caused a low battery alert. Tech came out, found the outage (outlet loose under house), replaced battery and checked the system.

Description of Work: Gleitz is our alarm system company. A couple of years ago they upgraded it to their new system.

+ -1 moreI have used them for almost three years now. Much more personable than a larger company. Recommend them highly.
Description of Work: When I moved into my home, they came out and checked the existing alarm system, fine tuned it for me, and monitor it monthly ($50 per month). Chase is great: He showed me where every sensor is in my house (previous owner must have been a bit paranoid) and made sure I knew how to use it. They also keep a house key, in case there is an emergency and they can't reach us. Love that!

+ -1 moreGleitz Alarms does a great job. The system works great. If it goes off, the police are quick to respond to the alarm. The people are nice and make us feel safe at home. The price is not too high. They charge by the month.
