Gleam Team Window Cleaning

Larry came to my home for the estimate and Dylan and Joel came to do the work a few days later. They were prompt, polite and VERY hard workers (in 100 degree heat!)

It went extremely well. An issue arose where some of the cleaning chemical discolored a small portion of our deck. The team immediately pointed out the issue (and was actually pretty upset about it, more so than I was). They called the decking company and scheduled them to come out and touch up the deck. Larry, one of the co-owners, kept me informed and took ownership of the issue and saw it through. Could not ask for better service or communication. They will do what they say, they will stand behind their work and rectify any issues that may arise. Highly Recommend.

We have a very large two story house. The company did a great job. Many of the windows had not been cleaned for a very long time, but they look like new now. Service was provided on time and the two-man crew was fast and professional. The screens look great too.

The estimate was done quickly and efficiently. The actual service was scheduled and done within 2 days. The technician worked h****** the windows to get rid of old hard water scum and even worked between the burglar bars that are on each window and cannot be opened. The windows are now amazing and I would definitely use the Gleam Team services again. They were prompt, professional and worked hard to give excellent customer service.

They did every single window at our house. I thought it was a pretty good deal. We have 42000 square foot house so we got windows everywhere so they did a really good job, even the patio doors as well. These guys are really punctual. They actually did some additional services for us on doing some scraping of some paint and some other things that they didn't quote. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. Arrived early in the morning and got to work. Momentary delay when an item was needed from a big-box store, but then work resumed after they obtained it and continued for the rest of the day, ending just after 6 p.m. (Did not notice when they took lunch!) Very nice and professional, willing to answer questions I had about other processes that I might consider. I am trying to get my house in sale-ready shape, so some expenses don't make sense, but a great clean-up does. Buyers might take a clean house for granted but they would definitely be turned off by grime and dirt. The windows sparkle and the house has never looked better. Also, the owner was prompt in coming to my house to provide the initial estimate and the company's receptionist was fun to talk to!

Everything went very well. Workers reported promptly. They worked quickly and professionally but, also, took a little time to be friendly. Communication with the office was efficient (it was raining on and off during the week of this appointment). We asked for a quote on costs of cleaning and refinishing the wooden stairs and railings in the back before they left. We would definitely use this company again.

They were professional, on time, and did a great job. I was initially a little disappointed with the window cleaning, but all I had to do was call them and let them know and they sent someone right back out and did the cleaning again.

The technicians are very polite and go about their business. They do a wonderful job and are great with the clean up. They always come on time and I would highly recommend this company to others.

We were expecting company for Father's Day, and even though I was not on the schedule till the following week, I asked if they could come and clean 2 large windows facing the backyard. We have lots of birds who fly into them leaving marks on the windows. My cleaning leaves more smears than the birds. They offered to come the day before guests arrived to clean those two windows. The workman would not let me pay for it because they were coming back the following week to clean everything. That's going way beyond what I expect of any company. On the day they came to clean, The men got to work right away, and the work was done within a reasonable amount of time. I have had power washing done before, but I have never had the excellent quality that The Gleam Team completed. I noticed that the man who did the power washing was placing everything back on my patio exactly as it was before he removed it to clean. I asked how he was able to do that. He told me he takes pictures on his phone before removing the plants and furniture, making it possible to replace everything as it was before. This company impressed me with their standards of quality, the professionalism of its staff, and the attention to details. I highly recommend them and will certainly use their services in the future.

The Gleam Team provided excellent service as usual. They worked around our moving team this time without a missing a beat. We have used this service in the past, and in my opinion Gleam Team is without doubt the best service I have found in 30 years. Service providers are professional, on time and clean cut. Never any worries with these guys! As an aside, Larry recommended we try a new branch of their company for move-out cleaning Re-Maid Cleaning Company. A big thumbs up for them also.

We were very pleased with the results. The team was very professional and gave an estimate before work was started. We enrolled in every 6 month program.

From the original, no pressure, in person estimate, to the work performed and the follow up, our service was impeccable. We had our gutters cleaned and I have recommended this company to family and friends already. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional and courteous. I have no doubt that they do a wonderful job with all the services they offer. We will use them in the future.

Larry came out and gave us an estimate and we scheduled to have the windows and screens cleaned. It rained on the day they were scheduled to clean the windows so we rescheduled for the following week. They offered to come out and clean the inside of the windows but we wanted to have it all done on the same day. John and Josh showed up right on time and got started on the inside, then outside and screens last. They cleaned all of the window tracks as they were working. The whole job took less than 3 hours for 33 windows and the windows look amazing, we didn't realize how dirty they had gotten. John and Josh were both very polite and respectful of our property. They explained everything thoroughly. Gleam Team also offers a maintenance plan which we signed up for. The service also included a 5 day rain guarantee. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant and did a great job.

Bobby and Josh did a great job. They were careful when moving ladders around inside our house despite the close quarters. They even noticed some old adhesive on the front door glass inserts and carefully scraped it off, even though they had not been asked to clean that door. Leaves and debris were bagged and left in a convenient spot. A very nice gesture was to call me with an accurate time of arrival.

They waited till after I had the outside of the house painted. They did an excellent job. The young man that worked for them was very careful, courteous and punctual. He worked a long time because my windows were pretty dirty. He explained everything that he was doing and I just thought he was really good. I would highly recommend him. They gave me a discount on the deluxe window service.

Very professional and did a great job. I asked them to redo a couple of things and they did with a smile and to my satisfaction. The owners are very professional and the team they sent was very good at communicating with me and getting the work done. I am recommending them to all of our friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

I called for information and received a convenient estimate over the phone, along with a transparent explanation for how pricing is determined. The person I spoke with was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. On the day of the appointment. Dylan and Josh called to see if they could start early and arrived about 1/2 hour before the appointment time, which worked out well for me. Both Dylan and Josh were polite, careful and thorough. Dylan did the pressure washing while Josh did the inside windows. They both worked on the outside windows They paid great attention to detail. The window tracks were all cleaned. The screens were removed, cleaned and replaced. The patio furniture moved to do the pressure washing was returned to its place. After finishing, Dylan did a walk through with me to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did an excellent job! The windows, drive, walks and patio all look great. I was previously using a different company and I'm so glad I made the switch to Gleam Team this year. They did a significantly better job, were more pleasant to deal with and their pricing is competitive.

We contacted them a couple of weeks back. They were very responsive and quickly returned our phone call. We scheduled the cleaning date and they arrived on time (even called us about 15 minutes before they arrived to let us know they were on the way). They were courteous and professional. The work was outstanding. We will use them again and I cannot say enough good about them. Gleam Team is the best in our book!!!

It went extremely well. On time and very thorough. John and Adam were the technicians and were very professional and polite.

Scheduled arrival was 8 - 9. They arrived at 8:45. The technician was courteous. I explained the that the windows were very dirty due to the construction (extensive excavating to make pipeline) happening along the fence line and the drought causing lots of dust blowing. I also explained that the windows had a gritty texture and I was worried about scratches. The technician reassured me that they clean these types of windows all the time. Putting my mind to ease, the two people began with the inside of the house and then continued with the outside. Since it rained the next day, I called on the 23rd to schedule a rain check. The weather had several rainy and freezing days before they were able to come. On the day that they arrived, it was 27 degrees. I cautioned that it was too cold to clean the windows and that the water would just freeze. However, the technician again reassured me that they clean in this type of weather all the time. Well, as soon as they put the wet mop to the window, it froze!!! They apologized and said they would reschedule. In the meantime, the weather improved and the sun came out. I have my favorite sitting area next to some windows. I have many windows and I keep the back windows open because of the beautiful hills. Every morning I sit at my chair to read my daily scripture. This one morning when the sun was very clear and bright, I noticed numerous lines on the window. I thought they were spider webs, but looking at them closer, I realized they were scratches. These scratches were never there before. When the technician called to make another appointment, I told him about the scratches and asked what they could do to fix them - polish them up or what? He said he would look at them when he came. Once he came to redo the cleaning of three windows that were soiled due to the rain, he looked at the damage and said his boss would need to see them. We made two appointments for Larry to come. He had to cancel both of them. Then one morning, I was called as I was entering LifeTime for a workout that they were at my gate. I said that we didn't have an appointment. The technician apologized and said that Larry said he had called me and set up an appointment. This was false! I rushed home because I wanted them to see my windows. As Larry entered, I greeted him professionally and friendly. He was reserved and asked to see the windows. After examining them, he stated that I could not prove that his company scratched the windows. I gently told him that I see through those windows everyday and have done so for 9 years. The scratches were not there before they were cleaned by his company. He did not relent in admitting. I was totally surprised and did not expect this reaction. I explained that I used him company because of the reviews on Angie's List and it would not look good for me to report a negative review. He stated that it would not have any effect because on one bad review. Then I said that I would have to get a third party involved, so he said he would talk to his partner and get back to me.

Outstanding. This team was fast and professional and were very good at showing me issues and problems in my glass. Nice job. I even signed a yearly contract with them!

This was a great experience. The Gleam Team crew was very accomodating with my schedule, arrived right on time, and were very professional. You could tell these gentlemen are eager to provide quality work and great customer service, and they did a great job. I am writing this review quite some time after the actual services were performed, but I was prompted because we plan to call them out again to service our windows soon. Highly recommend them!
