Gleam Team is amazing, they made everything look brand new. The communication that this company provided was fantastic! I appreciate the phone calls as well as their promptness getting to my home. They arrived at my home on time and as promised. I am very happy with the services they performed and appreciate that they are a family owned business. I will definitely recommend their services to others in my neighborhood.

I would highly recommend the Gleam Team! They are very professional, from start to finish. I first went online to their website and got an estimate for services. When I checked I wanted to schedule the service, Rita called me. She is a very pleasant person to deal with and you can tell customer service is a high priority for her. We agreed upon a date and time and the crew called me 30 minutes before arriving. They went straight to work cleaning the windows and screens. A few screens could not be washed due to them having holes in them, but they let me know that ahead of time. After they were done, they asked me to look at all the windows to make sure I was satisfied. I have to say the crew were two young men who were very thorough in their cleaning and very respectful. Rita even called the next day to make sure that everything went smoothly. They are a very professional company that take their jobs seriously while providing excellent customer service. Next I have them scheduled to clean my gutters!

It was great so I would use them again. It was very good. They called me back as promised. They gave me a quote first and then scheduled the job. The guy came in and did his business. That was a good job. I thought it was pricey but they got the job done.

Joshua was great! He called to let me know when he was coming during the scheduled time. He was professional, courteous, very respectful, and worked hard to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. We had pressure washing and outside window cleaning. He did an excellent job. Joshua was very customer-oriented. I would highly recommend him and the Gleam Team. If we need these services in the future, I would utilize the company and ask for Joshua.

I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. The lady I spoke with to set up the appointment was clear courteous and well informed. Joel with a little help from John did a wonderful job wth the windows and screens. He was arrived promptly and explained clearly to me what he was going to do. My biggest surprise is that I had over-estimated the size of several windows and therefore the amount of work that needed to be done when I did the informal online survey and the final bill was more than $200 LESS than I was originally expecting. Ive never had any windows professionally cleaned before, and I wouldnt have known if the online estimate cost was high. That tells me Gleam Team is a company with integrity I can enthusiastically recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again

Larry, one of the owners, gave prompt service for a free estimate and description of services to be performed. We called back 2 days later to schedule the work for the following week. The morning of our appointment, Jason and Dean arrived on time, after calling to inform us that they were on the way. After politely introducing themselves and explaining how they would proceed with the job, they worked professionally and diligently until all work was completed. They were VERY careful to remove shoes at the door. And when moving furniture and replacing it, they used the utmost care and were very gentle. We have used the Gleam Team before, and were very pleased with the results. Once again, we were " WOWed" by their thorough, professional results! Their work quality and attention to detail is consistent; they are definitely a company of honesty and integrity. My husband has always enjoyed doing his own window-cleaning; but, the Gleam Team's professional results make it hard to justify the time it takes for him to do it alone. It is a pleasure to do business with this company, and my husband enjoys the extra time he has for other things now. I know that the company's "busy season" is fast approaching, and I'm glad that they could complete our work before they get too busy. Thanks to Rita for calling to remind us that it was window-cleaning time again. Learning that they also do pressure-washing (and gutter clean-outs) was a bonus. Our 32-year-old home looks like a brand new property now! Thanks to the Gleam Team: Larry, Eddie, Jason, Dean, Rita, and all the others on the team who keep us coming back!! I highly recommend them!

anThis was an amazing experience! I was preparing my home for sale and called to inquire about window cleaning. Rita took time to explain the services and guided me through the estimate and plans for the window cleaning (inside and out). Once we started, I realized that I had missed a couple of windows in the count and learned that outside light fixtures could be added. The price was fair and the windows sparkled. Unfortunately it rained the day after the cleaning and I was assured that the team would come back and touch up windows prior to having pictures taken and opening the house for showing (at no charge!). Having the windows cleaned was one of the best tactics I implemented in preparing the house for market - it sold in 10 days! Awesome group of professionals!

The Gleam Team crew of two arrived about 8:20am, on time and even called to say they were on their way. They explained what they were going to do and started with a cleaning the inside of the house, then moved to the outside. The did an excellent job of cleaning considering the outside windows were extremely dirty. Jason explained the bill and everything they did in a thorough manner. I am very pleased with the job they did.

I was looking for someone to clean all the windows/screens/sills in my house as I was getting it ready to go up for sale. Found the Gleam team on Angie's list. They did an excellent job - They gave me a 1 hour window and arrived within that hour. 2 guys worked for about 3 hours to clean all the windows, screens and sills in my house - everything looked awesome. I also want to note that 2 days later, the Gleam Team called me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Very customer service oriented. I would use them again.

I?m very pleased to have chosen Gleam Team to come to my home and clean my windows. They were prompt in coming out to my home and providing me with a reasonable estimate. Scheduling the work was simple and they were ready to come out when it was convenient for me. Dylan showed up on time, was professional, and worked hard to complete my job quickly. He was able to remove stubborn hard water deposits caused by my sprinklers which I didn?t think was possible. I will call Gleam Team in the spring to make my windows look like new once more!

I received a response from the Gleam Team minutes after I requested a quote. The quote was correct. I set up a date and time to have the service completed. Two services men come on time, friendly and professional, they worked almost five hours. They did an outstanding job. I will hire the Gleam Team again.

!Larry, one of the owners, looked over our home, and offered 3 different levels of service. We chose one and made an appointment to have the work done. The 2-man team showed up promptly at the appointed time and cleaned all our windows and our 2 skylights. All work was done professionally with no disruption of our activities. Several friends have commented about how good our windows look. One of those friends owns a cleaning business and was impressed. The windows still shine, even after the recent heavy rains!

By far one of the best experiences I've had with a home services provider, and I've been fortunate to have some good companies do work on my house. I called and read the reviews and web sites of about four highly rated companies that washed windows in my area, I also used the on-line estimators to get an idea of the costs. I finally settled on Gleam Team as my first (and it turned out only) call. I explained to the person I spoke with (didn't get a name) that I was not sure the on-line estimate was reliable as my windows did not seem to equate to the categories available on-line to identify the windows and work to be done. He listened carefully, asked some additional questions, and agreed that an on site estimate was indicated - made the appointment for the next day and was right on time. He agreed that my windows were more complex and that the mineral deposits over 20+ years of neglect would require more time and effort than most. Explained and answered all my questions about how to get them clean (basically a mild sulphuric acid solution combined with a lot of manual razor scraping, scrubbing, etc.) and gave me a final estimate. Although the estimate was significantly more than the on-line estimate ($800 vs the $450 on-line) I felt that he had been honest and forthright with me on the level of effort and the labor needed to do the job in my case and that the on-line estimate was not a "bait and switch" attempt. So ... I took a deep breath and decided to do it. We scheduled for the next day - turned out a team had finished a large job early and were available then. The team of two showed up at 10 am as promised and went right to work. It took 8 hours and I swear they never saw them take a break! Very professional, extremely friendly, asked me how I wanted to arrange the cleaning (inside first or outside), answered all my questions when the arose (there were a few), and respected that this was my home - always knocked for entry, wore protective coverings and draped the interiors so as not to drain water or cleaning solution on the floor or furniture. Thy cleaned the exterior first then the interior, then inspected to note where there were still areas that needed cleaning on the EXTREMELY DIRTY exteriors, went back outside and touched up. Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!! Its been almost two weeks and we still look out of our large floor to ceiling kitchen windows at our backyard every morning in utter amazement. Honestly it's like seeing your first HD television picture after living with a black and white screen -- it's that good. I guess until now I'd just assumed that it was always foggy in our backyard. Best money we've spent on our house in a long time. I won't wait another 20 years to have Gleam Team back

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out pretty well. They stayed within the price of the big deal. They were prompt, and they took care of business. They were very punctual.

The job took a little longer than estimated, but Jason and Joel never stopped until the job was complete. They left and returned a short time later apologizing because they forgot to move my couch back and there was a streak on one of the very high windows that they forgot to go back and clean. I was happy when they left the first time and really impressed when they returned to correct things I had not even noticed. I love the fact that this is a small business, locally owned. I will definitely hire them again.

we had replaced an existing tile floor and the whole house was full of dust. I called and got an appointment for an estimate and hired them. They came and fulfilled their promises.

Gleam Team was very professional. I had scheduled window cleaning with another service who didn't show up (or even call) and was desperate to have the windows cleaned before a photographer was coming in preparation for listing the house. I called Gleam Team and they immediately put me on standby for cleaning that day. They called me back within 30 minutes to say they had had a cancellation and were sending a crew right over. They were able to complete the outside of all my windows that day, and returned today (the day they scheduled if standby didn't work out) to complete the insides and tracks. My house sparkles! What a difference it makes. The team, Bobby, Josh, Dylan, and Jose, was professional, polite, and extremely conscientious, particularly as they had to move items to get to the windows. Super job all around. I will call them in the future when I need windows cleaned.

From the first call when I spoke to Rita, until Dylan and Josh finished their magnificent and professional window cleaning, this experience was way above my expectations! Their courtesy, attention to detail, customer service were all phenomenal. We were preparing our house for sale, and the windows were so clean that we wished that we had hired them while we lived there, instead of just when we were selling the home. I can't say enough about the high caliber of every aspect of this company. (And, no, I'm not a family member, employee, or shill. Gleam team is great. From the first phone call you know that customer service is number one. One phone call to discuss timing and all went as planned. The worked performed was excellent and the workers professional, clean and polite. Our new neighbors commented on how good the house and driveway looked.
