I will definitely hire again. They did a great job. Very professional. They are a little pricey, but worth it.

Bobby and Gary showed up not only promptly, but a little early which was great for me. Bobby thoroughly explained the cleaning process and solution used, then he and Gary worked efficiently and soft-washed all of the grime and mildew on my home's front exterior and side of garage. Both gentlemen and Eddie in the front office who scheduled the cleaning were all very professional and friendly. I plan to use this company for pressure washing my home's hard surfaces and cleaning my windows and would highly recommend Gleam Team to anyone needing their services.

Two gentlemen showed up on time...went right to work and cleaned inside and out of all the windows....and cleaned all of the screens. Looking through the newly cleaned windows ppeared as though there was no glass.

Dylan and Mike did a very detailed and diligent job of cleaning concrete that hadn't been cleaned in about 3 years and was very dirty. They listened to and were responsive regarding my concern for animals walking through the water runoff by explaining to me the safety of the products they use (if needed). The two gentlemen were professional, courteous, personable, and arrived on time. They confirmed that I was happy with the work done before considering the work complete. The first night I went out onto my patio I did a double-take because it's so clean!! Nothing like the dull and dirty reality prior to the work done by Dylan and Mike and the Gleam Team company. I also appreciate that Larry (co-owner) came out to give me a free estimate of the work to be done, and provided additional estimates for future work that I'd like to have done to my home (pressure washing the rock walls, pressure washing the painted area of the house, etc.) I learned about Gleam Team's other services offered and I plan to hire Gleam Team again. Scheduled initial visit for estimate of work. Estimator was on time, very courteous and professional. We agreed on a scope and price for the work involved on September 30. Scheduled the work for two days later. Two fellows came on time and did the work in a very professional manner with excellent results. We now have them scheduled to do window cleanings on a regular basis.

I am writing this to recant my previous review of the power washing to the upper patio. Gleam Team power washed my extensive limestone LOWER patio 3 years ago. Absolutely maculate. I them put 3 coats of sealant on the lower patio and it still looks great! The upper patio power washed 9-14-15 had a sealant on it done by another contractor that left some dirt underneath the sealant. The Gleam Team, which took precautionary measures, applied as minimum amount of pressure on the upper patio to prevent stripping the sealant done by the previous contractor. Long story short I did not mention to them that this sealant needed to be stripped to access the dirt still on the limestone left by the previous contractor. A miscommunication on my part was at fault. Gleam Team does 5 star work on windows and power washing. MIke.....Iron Horse Canyone (Estates) resident.

I scheduled an estimate with Tiffany, who was friendly and efficient. Estimator Al arrived on time, was polite and professional. The bid was among the lowest I received. The workers arrived on schedule, displaying the same polite, professional and friendly attitude. They were obviously striving to please me, treating my yard, plants and home with care. I was impressed with their desire to accomplish the work up to my expectations. I approved the job results, paid and thanked them for them for their conscientious work. Two days after the job was completed, Tiffany called again to verify my satisfaction with the results and address any concerns of mine, of which there were none. She also thanked me for my business. This company has their act together, in all ways that I could evaluate, and I would gladly hire them again.

They did a fantastic job. They called me half an hour before they got here. They worked very hard for several hours, they were pleasant and they did a beautiful job! I was so happy with the way it turned out.

I recently had my windows washed as well as the deck, porch and driveway power washed. Two gentlemen arrived on time and did a fantastic job. One washed the windows in side while the other did all of the outside work. They were very conscience of not only my window treatments and personal belongings on the inside but also all of the landscaping on the outside. I am having them back to clean all of the gutters around the houses.

It went very well. They were punctual, professional, and courteous. They did a great job! My driveway, sidewalk, patio, and sports court have not looked that good in years!
