Description of Work: Larry replaced my step coming in to my side porch of my home. Living in a older historic home he did a fantastic job building a new set of stairs and even matched the pillers on my home. He kept in constant coversation with me and did his research as far as pricing material and gave me a great bid in a timely manor. Larry also installed a hand railing in my stairwell and we worked together to find the perfect look. Larry renovated my laundry room to include a shelf where I could have my dryer mounted on top of my washer. I have frontload appliances but they weren't stackable so he build the shelf that would hold a dryer and the free space was then filled with shelving. I had problems finding a contractor that was reliable until I found Larry through a coworker. I in return refered him to my neighbor who used Larry to install stairs and open up his crawlspace with lattic work to allow it to dry out. Larry was building my neighbors stairs and notice it was too moist and advised that he get it dryed out.
