Ginx was a great resource in evicting some very determined ring-tailed cats from my attic. My roof is very steep and complex, and they were able to identify the entrances and seal them up. Three other pest control companies were not successful in finding the entrances. Excellent follow-up to ensure there were no more issues. Highly recommend.

We are just at day 2 of service but so far I am very pleased with everything about this company. Very nice and professional young man/owner of business came and explained their plan. He has installed have-a-heart type traps for squirrels the first day and today he permanently closed off areas where critters could get in. Obviously he will be coming back to recheck the traps. I am very pleased.

Needed to have raccoon removed from the attic. Contacted Ginx and Giorgio came out right away. Traps were set up and on the first night the little monster was caught. All existing and possible entry points were secured. Traps remained in place for weeks to ensure nothing was missed. Cleanup was also done. Thanks!

I called a couple other companies, all of which charge MUCH more and also tack on ADDITIONAL charges for hauling away the animals, resetting new traps, and the amount of trips they had to make. The other companies only did the service according to their own schedule, which may leave animals in live traps for much longer than I think is humane!!! GEORGIO at GINX was VERY responsive and sensitive to time constraints, not only for us, but the animals we trapped. He responded to EVERY text regarding animals that had been caught in the traps and was usually there to pick them up within the same day! He would quickly swap out the traps with fresh new ones (NO EXTRA CHARGE); and humanely transport the caught animals (NO EXTRA CHARGE), with as little trauma as possible. We trapped close to a dozen animals that were wreaking havoc in our yard, and thanks to GINX, we can enjoy sitting outside again! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
