GET WIRED COMMUNICATIONS

First off this is the 3rd time I use Get Wired communications. The staff are sooooo friendly. I recently bought a new house and needed new cameras, alarm and my TV hung. The staff members gave great customer service, stayed true to their quote and kept me in the loop and completed the work in a timely fashion. They always do a great job and that's why I only trust them with my security needs. Go local and support local businesses, you won't be sorry.

Received quote, hired them, arrived for first appt, after work for the day was completed Obe, owner, asked for payment for that days work, I paid, but did not have quote handy that was emailed to question written invoice, so I paid him. We scheduled the next Thursday to finish job and I figured we could square up on the final payment if it did not match the quote. He did not show up, would not return calls. I then realized he overcharged me for the work completed the first day by $1,000+.

He overcharged me on the first visit for labor and some of the equipment. (used for first day of work) . Compared to what his office provided me for a quote prior to the work starting. He was suppose to come back to complete the job the following week. He did not show on the appointment day and time. He would not return phone calls left with his office, which is his wife. He did not respond to any correspondence via mail as well.

Do not use this company. Obe provided a few quotes for our entire house TV hanging, speaker hanging, audio/video cable hook ups. Obe s quotes all said $85/hr for labor, but when he finished the first day of work, he quickly hand-wrote changes to get paid for the completed work. He was in a hurry, so I paid and he rushed out. I did not realize, until he did not show up the following Thursday for our next appt to complete the rest of the work., that he had overcharged us for the labor. He was their 7 hours x $85 = $595.... He charged us $910 for labor. I left him several voice mails, emails, and texts prior to the appt date, on the appt date (b/c I took off work and he did not show, he did not call, he did not return email, etc). I spoke with his office... they would only answer 1 time from different numbers and then would not answer after they realized it was one of my numbers.... each time the receptionist stated Obe would be sending a corrected invoice and would be calling me. He never did. His workers did not clean up after they drilled into walls, left trash in each room from TV boxes instead of placing in our garage, etc. I found another installer that corrected Obe s mistakes and completed the work providing incredible customer service by cleaning up after their work as if they were never there.... and less expensive!. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!

We used them because they were the preferred provider for our subdivision. We only heard good things about the owner. However, we did not initially meet him and only dealt with his spouse. Unfortunately she was unable to thoroughly answer our questions because she appeared unknowledgeable about wiring. We never ever met with the owner. We always felt like we were given the brush-off. Our service and contact with them has never improved. The only person that was pleasant was the actual installer. Their prices are inexpensive. But we have learned you get what you pay for. Needless to say, we are happily changing companies.
