This was my second time using George Plumbing and the second fantastic experience. Fast service, very honest and transparent about service options, and very friendly service. Will and Austin both did a great job.

Jake and Pablo came out and installed three shower doors. The quote was delivered quickly. The completed work was done in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned up when they left…highly recommend.

Will S and Austin M arrived as scheduled, they even called me before time so our dogs could be secured. They both were courteous and professional. Our house is old (1940s) and is having several plumbing issues. They listened to me before they took a look around. Will and Austin were able to give us several quotes addressing the problems and giving us some financial options based on what needs to be fixed first. We were financially able to get our pipes unclog as we are on a fixed income. Their candor was very refreshing. They also gave us a $50.00 coupon for being a first time customer. They both had patience explaining to me what was wrong. These 2 gentlemen were awesome

Our 80 year old home presents many challenges, but Will and Austin figured out how to remove our old lime filled water heater and install a new one. They had a solution to each problem they encountered. We could not have been more pleased with their work or their attitude during the installation.

Excellent Customer Service. Kody and his apprentice were absolutely knowledgeable, congenial, and honest. Also, they left their work area very tidy, better than they found it! I'd request Kody and the same apprentice again. Dawn at the front desk of the company provided excellent service. The front desk is the first contact one has with the company and she served it well. All involved were of the highest professional conduct!!

Dan and Austin did a great job replacing our dead water heater. We were really impressed with these gentlemen. George Plumbing Company gave a reasonable estimate, but it took significantly longer (6 hours versus 2 hours) than anticipated because the previous water heater installation had been botched. Dan is obviously very observant and detail-oriented. He may be a perfectionist. My wife thinks that they left the laundry room cleaner than when they began the job. They were punctual, polite, pleasant and worked quietly. We can't say enough good things about George Plumbing, a GREAT company!

Currently SA in the artic blast. Hose bib leaked and freezing over. ice down the side of my house. Y4G came that afternoon, reviewed and fixed my problem quickly. While the root cause was nothing truly major (no pipe burst in house wall) you just don't know because it is frozen. They fixed everything and got my pipes all bundled up. Thanks Doug!

These guys are great to do business with. They are committed to doing a great, careful job and not gouging. I always call them, you should too!

We had a massive underground water leak. Kody of George plumbing oversaw the entire process including discovery of the leak location, excavation through cement and pipe replacement. We greatly valued his expertise when explaining options to us. The George office staff was prompt in replying to questions or concerns, and professional.

I was more than happy with the promptness, professionalism, and competence shown by Shawn and Jake. They were very careful in the placement of the waterline and always kept me informed. They checked all my faucets and replaced insulation so that they were winterized. I am more than pleased.

I was quoted a service visit would be $95. If I decided to go with the work, the $95 will be taking off the total bill. I received an estimate for the work at $385.(approximately). I thought the price was excessive for the work that was required. However, Kody explained to me under a fixed price estimate, they had to take in an account of any possible damage that may occur if they were to do the work. I decided not to have the work done and paid $95 for the service response. I will say Kody and Nick were helpful in explaining how the work could be done and the risk associated with the work. I felt comfortable enough to take on the work on myself based on their expert advice. In the end, I thought the price was excessive, but given construction prices have jump since COVID, I understood they are only passing on the higher cost. The professionalism of Kody and Nick was very commendable.

My family has used George's for decades (the original recommendation coming from others working in the plumbing profession itself), and I've tried to keep that tradition up as a new homeowner experiencing their first plumbing issue. Kody and Nick from George's were the best - professional, knowledgeable, honest and up front. I sincerely appreciated their approach and transparency with respect to my issue, and the potentials and costs that could be associated. These gentlemen were pros, through and through. Further, the entire experience from my initial call, to their follow up, to the work itself was a pleasure - and I very much appreciate their attempts to resolve the issue as expeditiously and inexpensively as possible. That focus on customer care was evident from the moment I spoke to the lady who took my call, and was carried through every individual I spoke to and worked with. I hope this review assists some of you in the future who are on the look out for a reputable company to assist with your own plumbing issues. George's may not be as cheap as an alternative provider, but *you get what you pay for* - and what I received was the best damned service experience I've had in months. Highly recommend, and will absolutely be utilizing George's for any future plumbing needs.

Kody Fielder and Nick did an excellent job of finding the leak and repairing it very efficiently. I definitely will use them in the future as needed and will recommend George Plumbing to others.

We needed a pressure regulating valve and some investigation for a water pressure issue. Will and Nate showed up on time and began the work. The issue was unique and created interest that even George himself showed up. We were all working to establish what the likely source of the issue with the most likely culprit. After various tests it appears it’s the city meter. We made a call to SAWS to have them come out and check. George, Will, and Nate were all professional and pleasing to be around as well as knowledgeable. They completed the PRV install and additional hot water expansion tank install.

We received exceptional service from Shawn J. and Austin M. ! They saw plumbing wasn’t working so they proactively worked at our home till all was fixed! Such great service! Plumbing working great now! Highly recommend this plumbing company!

Great! Installed a new Rheem 50 gal water heater. Showed up on time and worked very efficiently.

I was very pleased with the work Doug and Patrick performed. They came out the same day I called and quickly fixed the leak rerouting the line.

Replaced a leaking vanity sink faucet fixture, repaired a slow draining toilet, and troubleshot bad Pressure Reduction Valve.

Poor quality of pipe used in installing my water heater in October 2019 (just 3.5 years ago) causing corrosion on my water heater and causing leak. When I called this company back for assistance, they are not very friendly and no willing to fix the pipe, though I am ready to pay the cost. Now I need to keep looking for another company to replace the whole unit. I would not recommend this company. I have another water heater unit which is running fine for the 11 years, without any corrosion on pipe connections. The pipe material used in the connection is having poor quality. Do not trust this company.

They are very thorough, professional and clean up after themselves. They will tell you like it is kindly. We are in property management; George's plumbing is our first call for any plumbing, sewer and drain cleaning need. This was the first time at my personal residence for such a big job!! Im impressed! Fantastic work today from Shawn and Nick. They got our drains flowing again, and got our shower working optimally. Really appreciate the time they take to make sure things are done right!

They were able to come out and find the problem that other plumbers couldn't find in 4 visits! The fix ended up being a quick(ish) fix that did not involve tearing up my slab. I would recommend.

Shawn was amazing, the job ended up being larger than anticipated, but was completed promptly. Shawn went above and beyond for my home and family. Would definitely recommend and hire again. Very pleased with the services provided and the kindness of Shawn and his helpers!
