I have used them couple of times. We only did business over the phone then I sent him out to my other house. I think he is very easy to trust on the phone and very responsive. They are not open during the weekend but when I call him over the weekend he comes right away on Monday. It is hard to fit plumbing supplies; the house I have is older but he did a good job. I've been really happy with him. If I have plumbing issues in my house I would probably use him also even if he has done work in my older house.

We called George Plumbing in the morning after our two sinks in the bathroom would not drain the water. We were given an appointment the same day during the later afternoon. Shortly after lunch, we were called to see if they could come earlier which we were glad to hear. He arrived on time. He gained access through a pipe on our roof and used a machine to clean the pipes. He was very professional and it only took a few minutes the get the pipes clear. I would recommend George Plumbing to anyone and will definitely call them again in the future.

I felt that the plumber was very knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate before he began work and was well under the estimate on the invoice. The only negative comment I have is that he was an hour late, however the office did call me to give me a heads up beforehand.

On August 11, 2014, Shawn replaced washers in the hot and cold faucets in the bathroom. Tyler took care of fixing a pipe in the garage that leaked when I used my washer. The cost for this job was $145.67. At my request, Shawn checked my 12 year old hot water heater in the garage, and on August 18, 2014, replaced it with a new one. Shawn and Tyler are professional and courteous, and I will not hesitate to call George Plumbing Co., Inc., for any future plumbing issues.

They came on time and where finished in under an hour. Very happy with it. Will use them again for plumbing issues.

After another local plumber quoted the job way too high and charged me a $40 fee to tell me what I already knew, I called George's Plumbing. They were able to come out the next day and also provided an estimate over the phone, which was less than 1/2 of the amount I received from the other plumbing company. The Plumber (Doug if I remember correctly) arrived on time and was even able to save me some money by offering a alternative solution to my problem. Doug was a great guy and even took time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. A week later and no leaks. Overall the experiance was great.

They weren't my first choice only because I didn't know them. I called my primary supplier but they were 30% higher for the same job. When I rejected the 1st offer I went in search of another plumber, and I found George Plumbing Company. The phone was answered by the owner who gave me an estimate that was very attractive so I contracted them for the job. However, they couldn't come until tomorrow. Now mind you, I called at 1:15 PM for service and they said all their staff were on other jobs, that's understandable. When I told George that I had water on the floor he said he would see what he could do. In 25 minutes I got a call from the technician saying the was on the way. 2 hours later I'm writing a review about their professional service AND affordable pricing. These guys are my guys from now on. You should try them.

He was great. They were very responsive. We had no issues with them. It was great. He was really great to work with. He's very responsive. He communicated via email which is always my preferred method. It was expensive for what it was but we had good service.

Doug Fielder came out today at 8:30am. I showed him the 2 faucets that needed replacing and he got right to work . Doug installed both faucets and hose vacuum breakers with in 30 minutes. He did a very neat job and total parts and labor came to $113.51.

He was prompt, very courteous, helpful, friendly and professional.

I couldn't be happier with George's service! I?ve used his service in the past and he came through for me again. Here are the details, and believe me, this is the Reader's Digest version! I called George when my fiancée convinced me that the occasional musty smell emanating from under one of the Master Bedroom sinks was not occasional?and not just musty. He coordinated for a company to come out and video scope my drain lines. It didn?t take long to determine the drain line under the sink was completely separated from the main drain line and all the water from that sink was emptying straight under my foundation slab. A little more investigation showed that the line from the toilet was also cracked, although not separated. At this point I got the insurance company involved and they wanted the technician to tell them the cause of the break. The tech honestly told them he could not determine a cause from the video. The insurance company said they would send another plumbing company out to determine the cause. The other plumbing company couldn?t determine the cause from their investigation either, but gave my insurance company a repair estimate of $17,000-$24,000?depending on how many issues they wanted to fix. My insurance told me that it was highly unlikely that I was covered for the damage as this type of casualty almost always was caused by something specifically excluded in the insurance policy?house settling, earthquake, poor workmanship, etc., etc. Then they asked me to get a repair estimate from George. He estimated $10,925--$10,000 for excavating under the slab and refilling afterward. $925 was for the actual plumbing repair. Both George and I went round and round with my insurance company who finally admitted that although I was almost certainly not covered, they were obligated to determine the actual cause of the casualty. This meant that they would have to pay for the excavation. George took care of coordinating the excavating company, inspected their progress and made sure they made the whole damaged area accessible. His technicians made the required repairs; he did battle with the county inspector who insisted a minor, pre-existing slope issue be repaired before giving the job his okay. George and Co. spent an entire extra day chipping a three-foot run of drain pipe out of concrete in an attempt to satisfy the inspector but did not charge me for it. George made sure the excavation company refilled under the slab and that I was happy with everyone?s work. Even though my insurance determined I wasn?t covered, I got off cheaper because they paid the $10,000 for the excavation and I paid $925 for the repair?I would have had to pay my $1000 deductible if I had been covered! I hope nothing like that happens ever again, but I?ll Call George if it does!

My husband was really happy with them. He came out the same day and got it done. He was very professional. We would give them top marks. He even discovered another problem that we had on the furnace and he fixed it. My husband thought the price was a little high but it was worth the money. The job was good. We are going to use them again.

My bathtub became clogged and i tried the usual do it yourself methods with no luck. So i called george plumbing. I have used these guys before so there was no question of who to call. I asked for Mr. Fielder or his son who i had met previously and i trust them both. I was left with a choice of waiting untll they had time because there day was booked solid or they could send Lee within a few hours. When i met Lee i just felt at ease because of his professionalism. It was just a clogged tub but you would think that this was his house the way he went about taking care of my problem. I think from here on out i won't worry about who they send. The whole company seems to be dedicated to taking care of the customer. If you want a plumber you can trust, give these guys a call.

Fantastic. Another win for Angies List. I had performed much of the install of the new water softener before I noticed something with the plumbing of the supply line going into it. Not sure what to do, I called them up and got an appointment within two days. Doug came out and diagnosed, destructed, repaired and replaced all of the items. It was a very clean job and Doug was very professional, quick and courteous. Would definitely recommend them to everyone else.

I was able to get an appt the same day. Cody and Shawn were phenomenal! They were professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I ever need a plumber again.
