George Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have had experience with. Doug is a very knowledgeable and professional plumber who did an excellent job flushing and inspecting our water heater. He explained everything that he was doing and explained in a way I could understand. He was also very good with my sons who were running around while he was working:) I will use George Plumbing and request Doug for all my future plumbing needs.

He did a really great job, as he had to take off the top of the sink, the bowl, in order to install the new faucet, and put it back on, sealed with clear silicone putty. Looks and works great. I bought the faucet, and I will use them again.

The installer showed up on time, was very efficient and professional. He was very very nice.

George Plumbing called 30 minutes before arrival so we knew exactly when they were going to arrive. They arrived at the scheduled time. Cody and his assistant were very courteous, answering all our questions. They were very neat, leaving the home as clean as it was upon their arrival. Even though it rained all day, they made sure not to track in wet or dirt. They not only replaced the kitchen faucet but also had to replace the shut off valves. We have a water filter under the sink and Cody was kind enough to replace my filters for me while he was under the sink. We are very pleased with the work they completed which took 1.5 hours.

Doug was awesome! He figured out how to make it all work even when the new sink was much deeper than my other one by being creative and persistent. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me and was patient and kind. I am so happy to have found a plumber I feel I can trust and will absolutely refer them to others and call them again. I have had 4 repair people in here in the last 2 days and he was the best!!!!

After running some food down my garbage disposal last night, both sides of my kitchen sink backed up. We tried plunging it and used Drano, to no avail. This morning I called our usual plumber, another highly rated company on Angie's List, and was told it would probably be tomorrow before someone could come out. I immediately went to the List to find a plumber who could come today. I called George Plumbing and left a message and my phone number. Shortly after, a gentleman called, and after determining what the problem was, said a plumber could be out between 3 and 5 today. I gladly accepted that time. Not long after, I received another call from George Plumbing saying a customer had cancelled and would I be OK with the plumber coming in 20 minutes. Doug arrived shortly after and had the drain unclogged and water flowing freely in less than an hour. He was very courteous and pleasant, used shoe covers inside my house, and wasted no time tackling the problem. I used the 10% discount for a first time Angie's List customer, and I believe it was a very fair price for the job. Doug made sure I knew about the 90 day warranty for the job and told me to call if I had any more problems with the drain. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of George Plumbing to a new customer, and I will gladly call them first in the future with any plumbing issues.

They were very professional and very cooperative. It took a while to take care of the work but it was kind of a mutual problem. I probably could have could for help. It ended up being a bad cock and it was causing the leak. I just figured out what the actual price of the cock. I just wished that I figures it out before I paid $500 for this. However we was very good but it was just frustrating to have him come out for a job I could figure out myself. It was good work and the work was fine. It was a just a weird situation.

Just moved in and our tub was leaking directly under home due to foundation settling in the addition built a few years ago. Doug fixed the issue quickly and also provided an estimate on fixing a couple of other issues down the road. The hourly rate is a little high at $150 an hour, but you get what you pay for. Pretty sure we will be calling in the future as we find more issues that are beyond simple DIYs.

They are awesome. Their prices are reasonable and they will not overcharge you. They are very timely and prompt. It is a family owned business. I highly recommend them.

Our experience with George Plumbing was very good from the first contact with Clay who gave an estimated amount to budget for this job to the completion of the job. It was nice to talk to a knowledgeable person without having to go through a menu and made me feel more secure about using this company for the first time. Shawn and Kody phoned ahead telling me when they would arrive and were punctual. Shawn was careful to explain about additional parts they would need. We were short 2 plates for the faucets so those had to be ordered. Clay scheduled Shawn's second trip within a week from the time the plates arrived and Shawn was able to complete the job. These men were efficient and professional. They were careful to leave the area clean. The cost was less than the estimate . We will definitely use George Plumbing from now on.

Great!! Employees were easy to talk to and provided answers to all my questions. They were quick to schedule and showed up on time. Service was completed the same day and every thing turned out very well. The price I was quoted from the beginning never changed, so I wasn't surprised with the ending bill. Would definitely use them again.

The plumber who did the work-- Kyle, I think was very professional. He even cleaned up as he went. The cost was a little more than the estimate but only because some connection was leaking and he took care of that too.

Shaun and Tyler arrived on time. They repaired a leaking faucet in my bathtub, the faucets in the lavatory and repaired/replaced a part in the toilet tank. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

The dispatcher called and asked if the plumber could come earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation, to which I welcomed. Doug came, turned the water off, replaced the valve, tested for leaks, tested the water pressure and was done in 15 minutes. Good job.

I had somebody else do it. The price wasn't too bad, but if you can find an individual doing their own business, it is a lot cheaper then going to a company with trucks and a lot of overheads. If somebody is looking for different plumbing companies, they could look at this company. They were fairly polite and talked with me. They were half the price of another company.

GREAT - easy to use Angie's list. I had an quck response to schedule the appointment. Date/time provided and a follow up reminder call the same morning of the scheduled appointment. Clay, the appointment maker is very professional and caring. Doug, the Tech was professional, caring, and explained everything so that I could understand what the issues were. I did have to call the next week, not to any fault of Doug's work; my diverter stopped working. When I called, Clay was professional and caring again! He advised Doug was on vacation, but that he would send another Tech out. It was fixed quickly and he was on his way (I am sorry I cannot remember the second Tech's name). Very professional staff. Would recommend to friends/family and will use again!

I found George Plumbing Co. Inc. on Angie's list and called to make a service appointment as we had an odd odor coming from our kitchen sink. Doug arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and began work immediately. He diagnosed the issue within ten minutes and explained the problem before offering a solution. He then quoted me for the job before doing any work. He completed the repair (garbage disposal replacement) within an hour and made sure to explain to me what he did. He even fixed a couple of additional minor issues just because he happened to notice them. I appreciated his professionalism and efficiency. I absolutely will be calling them again for any future needs.

On October 15, 2014 Shawn and Kody arrived early and promptly in the morning. Shawn cleaned and checked the wall furnace. Shawn and Kody did a plumbing check throughout the house and under the house. They replaced faucets in the garage feeding to the washing machine and mop sink. They are both professional and courteous. I highly recommend George Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.
