Very friendly and knowledgable! Did an excellent job, and used very high end materials. Bought the Angie's List deal and they connected immediately.

We had layers of thick caulk around our tub and partially up the wall surrounding it. What I thought would be a relatively simple job turned into a 1 1/2 hour striping of caulk. I was consulted about the best color of caulk to use and the tub area looks so much neater and cleaner. I asked about our shower area in another bathroom and was told that it was fine but needed grout repair, which Genie doesn't do. I appreciated the honesty and frank assessment.

They were on-time, professional and did a great job. Gave us choices on color and made sure we were happy with the job before they left. Overall a great experience.

I purchased the $59.98 deal for Bathroom Re-Caulking and was very glad I did! Our tub caulking was very old and moldy, and looks so much better now. This was something we kept meaning to get to, but never seemed to get around to actually doing it so I am happy Genie Bath Systems had this offer. Nick was very professional and quick (took under 2 hours for a very moldy tub).

Nick and Braxton came out for the job. They were both fantastic, and very conscientious of the work they performed. They were extremely polite. Both have a vast amount of repair knowledge. They answered all of my questions, and did a wonderful job! My bathrooms look SO much better than before. I also was made aware by Nick of some structural problems / water damaged areas that existed, and what was done in the past, as far as how they repaired / replaced caulk. I learned a few good things today. I would definitely recommend them, and have them come back if need be.

Nick and Braxton came out to caulk our master bathtub. They said they would be here at 2:00. They were here exactly at that time! The tub area was in bad shape; it needed to be caulked several months ago. They did an excellent job! I'm kind of picky about the caulk - I don't want it to be sloppy looking. It looks great!

Nick and Braxton came out today to caulk my son's bathtub. They were right on time and explained everything they were going to do. I'm very pleased; they did an excellent job. The caulking is very neat; not the least bit messy!! They took their time and it shows. I will definitely call them back again when the tub needs to be caulked again.

I set up the appointment at the Women's Show for 10/17/15 at 2 PM. They confirmed on 10/12/15. They never showed up or called. I called on 10/19/15. They told me that there was a problem with a client that day and they forgot all about me, could they reschedule. Of course I told them no. Poor customer service. If that is how I am treated before we start, then that tells me how the job would go.

It Was Great!!! We received quotes from 3 companies We were most impressed with quality of the products and the price and the fact they had the walk in shower installed within 2 days. The whole process of getting someone out to give us a quote to remodel our bathroom was seamless. Nick came out, gave us a quote, and explained the whole process. After the contract was signed we knew what to expect. They had their team out to start our project the very next Monday. By Tuesday afternoon the project was complete and we were enjoying our newly installed bath tub that evening.
