We really like that our shower now is much more manageable to clean and use. The new shower wall panels are acrylic, no tile so that means we don't have to worry about cleaning grout. Also, for our older home, with so much settling, we didn't feel that tile would hold out very long. The tile shower was already cracked in multiple places and it could happen again. The sales and customer service people were friendly and helpful. They were not pushy at all. They also were timely and communicated well to let us know how the process was coming along. We had to go back and forth a bit to get the finished work up to standard, which meant our project was finished later than expected, but they fixed the issues and were easy to work. All in all we are satisfied with the work and experience. There is also a lifetime guarantee on their work, which is a big benefit.

Our experience from start to finish was excellent. Diego’s crew of installers were extremely clean throughout the process, no trash was ever left anywhere. They arrived the day we scheduled and completed the job as they said they would. Our shower is gorgeous. Our salesman, Jerry was informative and through explaining the company and process. He was also here to do a final inspection when the job was completed.

We heard about Genie Bath Systems advertised on the radio and decided to get an estimate for installing a walk in shower. The salesman arrived on time and reviewed the product and proceeded to outline a cost which was WAY higher than what we were expecting for a hall bathroom that is 5ft x 10ft. He reduced the price for consideration, however it was still much higher than we were anticipating a job of this size should cost. Due to that, we wanted to evaluate the estimate and look into other options as this was our first step in the process. This is when things got very unprofessional. First he started by saying that we had said we were ready to get the project started and that we had wasted his time. I explained that "No, we were ready to do a project but had not anticipated the cost would be so high so maybe we needed to de-scope or consider our options." I asked that he leave a copy of the estimate so that we could review it further and would get back with him. He refused to leave an estimate stating that by leaving it with us for evaluation was quote "taking food out of the mouth of his children" and statistically if someone didn't commit right away they wouldn't get the job. What kind of sales pitch is that! He became insulting to my family and we asked him to leave. I have never had such a rude response and refusal to leave an estimate for work to be performed. Be aware that they expect you to make a buying decision on the spot! You will not be allowed to evaluate or compare their prices. I do not appreciate this type of pressure selling so would not recommend this company. (date approximate as I am writing this months after the appointment)

Setup appt for remodel estimate but representative never called or showed. Waited and wasted my time, but I will call addis have a real professional give estimate and do remodel. Would not waste my time with this dishonest company since they will waste your time.

Shower installation went very well. We love the shower. Attic insulation had a problem. The hose came apart and sprayed insulation on our stairs from top to bottom. The men cleaned the insulation up but the insulation they vacuumed up was dumped all around the attic door. looks like 8 to 9 inches around the opening and less than the six inches on outer parts of attic.

Excellent experience from beginning to completion. Will be hiring for my two upstairs bathrooms. Excellent workmanship!!!

Remodel went well. Had a problem that was quickly taken care of. My problem was the price. Overly priced. I figured around $9000.00 would be right.

No doubt, this company is extremely competitve in this market and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I must say that my wife and I are very pleased and excited about the end results. We now both feel that we have a bathroom that will last for many years to come. They were punctual, polite, and were meticulous about their work. Without a doubt I would Genie Bath Systems again my master bath reno.

Had to call them back multiple times to fix poor caulking around the toilet, tub, vanity and medicine cabinet, (some areas had 1 inch calking while others was barely visible or none at all. Flooring around tub was not leveled, which caused water to pool in the back corner and leak onto the floor. Excessive glue/caulking and misaligned wainscoting. Had to show the plumber how to install the shower head after he insisted that it could not be installed and a second showerhead had been purchased. I have no knowledge of plumbing but based on the "picture" that was on the showerhead box and the instruction sheet included, I was able to determine that he was trying to install it incorrectly. Eventually after numerous calls/complaints some of the items were fixed or adjusted but I was so sick of complaining and the delays that we just close the project.

They were very, very good. I had to pay extra because they did another bathroom. I wish they would be cheaper.

The representative came to our home on time and was very professional and cordial. As soon as I showed him the shower and what we needed (clean & replace caulk and find source of leak), he told me upfront that Genie Bath Systems removes the current bath system down to the studs and replaces with a new bath system. He was extremely polite and did not try and pressure us to listen to a sales pitch. He understood when I told him that I explained just what I was looking for when I scheduled the appointment. I believe Genie Bath Systems has an excellent product to offer but I feel like their and our time was wasted. I would not discount them in the future if I ever decided to remodel our bathroom, however.

Inexperienced. Did not show innovative choices or rough pricing choice alternatives. Not really prepared for a full turnkey job.

The job was completed on time and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use this contractor next time.

Everything was superior from the first proactive call to schedule my service (after I purchased an Angie's List deal) to Nick's expert job caulking. Nick called me on the day I was scheduled and said he had finished a job early and asked if I would mind if he arrived before my scheduled appointment. I appreciate communication, and was happy to have the work done earlier than expected! He informed me what his vehicle looks like and introduced himself over the phone so I would know who to expect. When he arrived about 30 minutes later, he got right to work, and told me what he would need from me (old towels to dry the surfaces, since the shower had just been used and was wet). He had to dig out a LOT of caulk from my husband's previous jobs and because there was a lot of space between the tub and the bottom tile. He discussed with me the color of the caulk and actually applied it as a sample---I loved that! He used a slightly off white (sorry, I forgot the name of the color he told me) because it matched the color of the (old) groutlines better than bright white. When he was finished, he asked me to check his work. Honestly ladies, it was like new! Ten times better than Honey-Do, if you get my drift. I noticed how the caulk around the base of the tub and the flooring now looked bad, and he asked if I would like for him to freshen that up as well, just by going on top of what was there with the off-white color. There was also about 6" that was missing caulk that the flooring guys I paid about 3 years ago didn't do right! Nick did that too. All in all, it was a great experience, skilled and pleasant workman, a like-new look, and when my husband viewed it he agreed and said he was soooo glad someone else had done the job!! Worth every cent!!

Nick was prompt and very professional. The work he did looks great! They do not replace the caulk around the glass or shower door so unfortunately our shower still leaks.

I was very happy with the service of this company. The person that performed the work was on time, professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the outcome.
