GASSMAN'S ARCHERY & AIR GUN

EXTREMELY disappointed with their service. I was recommended to them by Nagels Gun Shop to repair my vintage Sheridan Silver Streak pellet gun. When I dropped this off with James in May 2018, he indicated that he had to send this off for repair and that it could be up to 3-4 months before completed due to back log of work (I didn't mind because I was in no rush, just wanted it repaired right). Then 3 and 4 months of my calls then turned to James telling me that it now looks like 6-9 months because the guy he uses for these repairs is really backed up. Again, I said OK because I wanted the repair to be done by an expert. After numerous phone calls to check on the repair status of my gun and excuses from James saying that he will call me right back after he checked up on my gun (of which James NEVER EVER returned any of my calls!) and no one ever answering the phone messages left by me (sometimes their phone never even picked up) I went by to pick up my gun. My vintage Sheridan Silver Streak gun now is in worse condition than when I dropped it off to Gassman's. There's a new big scratch on the gun's Retaining Cap! Just beware on airgun repairs...My experience with them was HORRIBLE!!!
