Professional Fast service

I'm very disappointed with there work. Showed up smelling like marijuana! Couldn't diagnose issue and said they would return the next day, but never showed up! Tried twice to schedule a follow-up but was ignored both times!

Gilbert came out on a Sunday on short notice after I asked for his help. He had all the technical tools needed for the job and immediately identified the problem after some troubleshooting. He was actually fixing what a previous technician I had let go could not fix. Gilbert was a lifesaver and very professional!

Gilbert did an excellent job identifying the problem and making the necessary correction. He also updated the firmware bringing the dishwasher up to date.

Gilbert did a great job fixing my dishwasher and explaining to me what went wrong to make it stop working. The original installer from Lowe’s never securely screwed in my dishwasher, causing the hose line to kink and stop working properly. He was very efficient and timely with the repair. I will most definitely use his services again. I highly recommend him.
